Preface
The establishment of the standard is referring to related National Automotive Standardizations.
The standard is established under the premise to satisfy Chery Auto product performance requirement and regarded as company’s basis to develo p new product, test product quality and test product performance. Meanwhile its format and content shall be subject to GB/T1.1-2000、GB/T1.2-2002.
本标准的编制参照国家汽车行业相关标准。
本标准是在满足奇瑞汽车产品性能要求前提下制定的,作为公司开发新产品、检验产品质量以及试验产品性能的依据。
同时在格式和内容的编排上均符合GB/T1.1-2000、GB/T1.2-2002的规定。

1 Scope
This standard stipulate the needed performance, technical requirement, test and trial method, mark, label and package for semiconductor cooler & warmer box. 本标准规定了半导体冷暖箱所需满足的性能、技术要求、检验和试验方法、标志、标签和包装。
This standard shall be applied to the semiconductor cooler & warmer box produced by Chery company (Hereinafter referred to as the “Cooler & Warmer Box“)
本标准适用于奇瑞公司所产汽车的半导体冷暖箱(以下简称冷暖箱)。

3 Term
3.1 Semiconductor Cooler & Warmer Box
The box with cool and warm change switch use semiconductor to refrigerate and warm and is powered by electricity.
一个利用半导体作为制冷、制热器件,用消耗电能的手段来制冷或制热。
并具有冷热转变的开关的箱体。
3.2 Top Open Model顶开式:
The box body that can be use to put and get the food(stored food) by the top box door or cover.通过顶部的箱门或盖取放食物(贮藏食物)的箱体。
3.3 Vertical Model 直立式:
The box body that can put and get food (stored food) by front box door.通过前面的箱门取放
食物(贮藏食物)的箱体。
4 Content内容
The semiconductor cooler & warmer box shall be subject to the requirement of this standard and it shall be produced according to product drawing and design that approved by the established procedure. 半导体冷暖箱应符合本标准的要求,并按照规定程序批准的产品图样及设计文件制造。
The working temperature ranges from -40℃~90℃冷暖箱工作范围温度在-40℃~90℃。
4.1 Test Condition (Except different regulation) 试验环境(除非有不同的规定)
Temperature:(25±3)℃;
Atmospheric Pressure大气压力:860 mbar~1060 mbar;
Relative Humidity相对湿度:45%~70% ;
4.2 General Requirement一般要求
4.2.1 Mark
The mark shall be subject to Q/SQR.04.057、Q/SQR.04.058. The mark must be clear and can not be erased; the location of the mark shall be stipulate in the drawing.标记必须清晰且不可消除,标记所处的位置应在图纸上规定。
4.2.2 Dimension and tolerance. 尺寸与公差
According to related drawing and/or refer to the basic sample. 根据相关图纸规定和/或参照基本样品。

According to related drawing and/or refer to the basic sample.
4.2.4 Surface Painting表面涂装

4.4 Design Speciality设计特性
4.4.1 Technical Requirement技术要求
4.3.1.1 Appearance Requirement外观要求
The surface of box body shall be flat, clean, same color, and shall not have scratch, crack, crinkle, deflated, distortion, etc defects. The liner shall not have draw trace, crack and same color without oil dirt.箱体表面应平整、光洁、色泽一致,不应有划痕、裂纹、起皱、缩瘪、变形等缺陷;内胆应无拉痕、裂痕、色泽一致和无油污等。
4.3.1.2 Structure Design Requirement结构设计要求
The design of cooler & warmer box shall prevent the refrigeration and warm assembly parts from being damaged under normal use. The parts which maybe replaced shall be mounted at the part that easy for operation, replacement and safe. 冷热箱设计时,制冷、制热组件应防止在正常使用时受到损坏。
对有可能要更换的元件,如开关、温控器等设计时应考虑安装在便于操作、更换和安全的地方。
4.4.2 Performance Requirement 性能要求
4.3.2.1 Refrigeration Performance制冷性能
After working 30 minutes, the temperature inside of box centre lows more than 18℃. And in two hours the temperature lows more than 23℃. 工作30分钟后,箱内中心点温降18℃以上,两小时内温降23℃以上。
4.3.2.2 Warming Performance 制热性能
After working 15 minutes, the temperature inside of box centre reaches to 65℃±5℃. 工作15分
钟内箱内中心点温度到达65℃±5℃。
4.3.2.3 Over-temperature Protective 过温保护
Over-temperature Protective and self-recovery 过温保护与自动恢复:
When warming, the over-temperature protective occurs when the temperature of the middle point of front refrigeration piece reaches over 65℃±5℃ and the power cut off automatically. The power will resume when the temperature lows to less than 55℃±5℃. (The maximum of digital display is 60℃when warming)
制热时箱内前端制冷片中间点超过65℃±5℃时,过温保护,此时电源自动关断;当温度降至55℃±5℃时,电源自动恢复。
(制热时,数码显示最大为60℃)
4.3.2.4 Display Model显示方式
The冰箱working condition is displayed by green and red LED lights.的工作状态有绿色及红色两个LED显示。
The green LED shows the refrigeration condition and red LED shows the warming condition. The temperature inside of box is showed by digital display.( Temperature error ±3℃, minimum temperature display is -9℃ when cooling) 绿色LED为制冷状态指示,红色LED为制热状态指示。
箱内温度有数显指示(温度误差±3度,制冷时最低显示温度-9℃)。
4.5 Test Method试验方法
4.4.1 Measuring Instrument测量仪器
4.4.1.1 Temperature Measuring Instrument 温度测量仪器
The accuracy degree of the temperature measuring instrument equipment and thermocouple shall be the same. 温度测量仪器应采用精度等级与热电偶同等精度的测量装置。
4.4.1.2 Humidity Measuring Instrument湿度测量仪器
Relative humidity measureing adopts catathermometer. 相对湿度采用干湿球温度计。
4.4.1.3 Electric Appliance Measuring Instrument电器测量仪器
The accuracy is not less than 0.5 degree by DC voltmeter 直流电压表型式试验时准确度不低于0.5级
4.4.2 Life Test寿命测试
4.4.2.1 Life of 冰箱冰箱的寿命
The life of cooler & warmer box can be calculated by the formula: Every day working 4 hours ×Every week 7 days×50 weeks ×2 years=2800 hours。
The life test is made for working continuous 5000 hours.
冷暖箱的使用寿命用以下公式计算:每天工作4小时×每周7天×50周×2年=2800小时。
实际按连续工作5000小时做寿命测试。
实际按连续工作5000小时做寿命测试。
4.4.2.2 Life of Switch开关的寿命
The life of power switch can be calculated by the formula: Everyday turns on and off for 4 times ×Every week 7 days×50 weeks×2years=2800 number of times。
The switch is required can be used for 3500 times
电源开关寿命用以下公式计算:每天开关4次×每周7天×50周×2年=2800次。
要求开关能达到3500次的开关寿命。
4.4.3 Temperature Test 温度测试
Test order is test refrigeration first then test warming. 测温顺序为先测制冷后测制热。
4.4.3.1 Refrigeration Test 制冷试验
Under the condition of circumstance temperature (25±3) ℃, temperature probe is put into the
centre of cooler & warmer box and box door open for more than 2 hours, then close the door ,turn on the power and check the box inside temperature shall be subject to the term 4.3.2.1
在环境温度(25±3) ℃条件下,将测温计的感温头放在冷暖箱的中心处,将冷暖箱门打开放置2小时以上,关闭冷暖箱门,接通电源,检查箱内温度应符合4.3.2.1条规定。
4.4.3.2 Warming Test 制热试验
Under the condition of circumstance temperature (25±3) ℃, temperature probe is put into the centre of cooler & warmer box and box door open for more than 2 hours, then close the door ,turn on the power and check the box inside temperature shall be subject to the term 4.3.2.2
在环境温度(25±3) ℃条件下,将测温计的感温头放在冷暖箱的中心处,将冷暖箱门打开放置2小时以上,关闭冷暖箱门,接通电源,检查箱内温度应符合4.3.2.2条规定。
4.4.4 Vibration Test振动试验
The cooler & warmer box can meet the performance requirement after being installed and tested according to the condition listed in the form as below. The cooler & warmer box is empty and under off working state.
冷暖箱按实际使用状态安装、按下表中给出的条件进行试验后,仍能满足功能要求。
进行振动试验时,冷暖箱应处于不工作状态,冷暖箱内是空的。
4.4.5 Temperature Cycle Test温度循环试验
First, make the test for 3 hours under the temperature(90±2)℃; Second, test for 1 hour under room temperature; Third, test for 3 hours under the temperature (-40±2)℃; Fourth, test for 1 hour under room temperature; At last test for 4 hours under the temperature (38±2)℃and Relative humidity 96%-98%.
先在(90±2)℃的温度下测试3h,
再在室温下测试1h,
再在(-40±2)℃温度下测试3h,
再在室温下测试1h,最后在(38±2)℃、相对湿度为96%-98%的条件下测试4h,
如此循环3次。
实验后满足功能要求。
4.4.6 Alcohol Resistance Test耐醇性试验
Under the condition of room temperature, the cooler & warmer box can meet the performance requirement after steeped in the mixture of 50% alcohol and 50% water for 24 hours. The test is made by using carbinol and ethanol at each time and every time shall use the new sample. 在室温条件下,冷暖箱在50%的酒精和50%的水的混合物中浸泡24h,分别用甲醇、乙醇测试,每次用新的样
品;实验后满足功能要求。
4.5.1 Vehicle Load Test车载试验
After the vehicle load test for 30,000 km on the city road, highway, mountain road, etc ,the semiconductor cooler & warmer box can be used normally. The appearance shall not have the break, scratch, distortion, crack, loose, etc. 经过城市综合路面、高速、山路等路面3万公里的车载试验后,半导体冷暖箱仍然能正常使用,外观在正常使用非人为因素不得出现破裂、划痕、变形、裂缝、松动等缺陷。
