正常组和模型组动物以成人药量脂汰清胶囊溶于 10 mL 蒸馏水注射; 辛伐他汀组以 3 倍成人药量的辛伐他汀 + 阿拉伯树胶溶
于 10 mL 蒸馏水中注射; 山楂精降脂组以 3 倍成人药量山楂精降脂片 + 阿拉伯树胶溶于 10 mL 蒸馏水中注射; 脂汰清高、中、 低剂量组分别以成人量 6 倍( 0. 72 g·kg - 1 ) 、3 倍( 0. 36 g·kg - 1 ) 、1 倍( 0. 12 g·kg - 1 ) + 阿拉伯树胶溶于 10 mL 蒸馏水注射。

摘要:目的: 探讨脂汰清对实验性高脂血症兔降血脂的作用。方法: 选择普通级新西兰家兔 60 只,雌雄不限,随机挑选 7 只作
正常对照组,普通饲料饲养; 其余家兔制作高脂血症模型,高脂饲粒饲养 1 个月后,将总胆固醇( TC) 水平过高和过低的家兔 11
只除外,剩余 42 只家兔随机平均分为模型组,脂汰清高、中、低剂量组,辛伐他汀组,山楂精降脂组,每组 7 只,改喂普通饲料。
用酶法及免疫透射比浊法检测血清 TC、三酰甘油( TG) 、高密度脂蛋白( HDL) 、低密度脂蛋白( LDL) 。严格按试剂盒工作。结
果: 与治疗前比较,各给药组 TC、TG、HDL 明显改善,差异有统计学意义( P < 0. 05) ,与辛伐他汀组、山楂精降脂组相比,脂汰清
各组各指标改善明显,差异有统计学意义( P < 0. 05) 。各组治疗前后 LDL 变化不大,差异无统计学意义( P > 0. 05) 。结论: 脂
汰清对高脂血症兔具有明显ห้องสมุดไป่ตู้降血脂作用。
Abstract: Objective: To study the effect of zhitaiqing on cholesterol-lowering mechanism research of hyperlipidemic rabbits. Methods: Choose 60 average level of New Zealand rabbits,randomly selected 7 as for normal control group,the rest of rabbit were made hyperlipemia model,and according to the TC level too high and low except the rabbit,the rest were completely randomly divided into model group,and High,medium and low dose of Zhitaiqing group,simvastatin group,hawthorn fine lipid-lowering groups,and only seven per group,to feed ordinary feed. With enzymatic and immune transmission method to detect than turbidity serum total cholesterol ( TC) ,triglycerides ( TG) ,high-density lipoprotein ( HDL) ,low density lipoprotein ( LDL) . Strictly in accordance with the kit. Results compared with before treatment,the treatment group total cholesterol ( TC) ,triglycerides ( TG) ,high-density lipoprotein ( HDL) obviously improved,with the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05) ,compared with simvastatin group,hawthorn fine lipid-lowering group, the curve of each index all of zhitaiqing's group were improved,there were statistically significant difference( P < 0. 05) ,which has the dose dependent,before and after treatment low-density lipoprotein ( LDL) ) change was not obvious,there were no statistically significant ( P > 0. 05) . Conclusion: Zhitaiqing could apparently decrease blood fat of hyperlipidemic rabbit.
