总经理工作职责

1.全面负责处理公司的总体事务,和公司全体员工共同努力,及时完成公司所

确定的各项目标。

2.制定公司的管理目标和经营方针,包括制定各种规章制度和服务操作规程,

规定各级管理人员和员工的职责,并监督贯彻执行。制定市场拓展计划,带领经营计划人员进行全面的拓展经营。制定公司一系列价目,如材料采购、劳保等。详细阅读和分析每月报表,检查经营状况与计划的完成情况,并采取对策,保证公司业务顺利进行。

3.建立、健全公司的组织管理系统,使之合理化、经简化、高效化。主持每月

(周)上层的办公例会。阅读工程进程和质量检查情况汇报,并针对各种问题进行指示和批评。传达政府的有关指示、文件、通知,协调各部门之间的关系,使公司有一个高效率的工作系统。

4.健全公司的财务制度。阅读分析各种财务报表,检查分析每月经营业务情况,

督促财务部门做好成本控制、财务预算等工作,检查收支情况、应收帐款和应付帐款等。

5.定期巡视各工程部门的工作情况,检查服务态度及服务质量,及时发现问题、

解决问题。

6.培养人才,指导各部门的工作,提高整个公司的服务质量和员工素质。

7.决定公司机构设置、员工编制及重要人事变革。负责公司管理人员的录用、

考核、奖惩、晋升等。

8.与社会各界人士保持良好的公共关系,树立良好的公司形象,并代表公司接

待重要贵宾。

9.关心员工,以身作则,使公司有高度凝聚力,并要求员工以高度热情和责任

感去完成本职工作。

General manager duties
