摘要
目的:探讨心理护理在慢性肾衰竭患者中的应用效果效果。
方法:本研究采用随机的抽样方法,本研究选择2016年1月至2016年12月在我院就诊的200例慢性肾衰竭患者。随机分为试验组100例、对照组100例,试验组在常规护理的基础上,采用心理心理护理,收集两组患者经过3个月护理后护理效果、心理状况、护理服务的满意度评价等数据进行SPSS分析。
结果:一般资料方面,两组患者的性别比例、年龄、发病就诊时间等一般资料差异无统计学意义(P>);观察组和对照组在护理前SAS和SDS评分无显著差异(P>),护理后观察组的SAS和SDS评分为±和±低于对照组的±和±(P<);观察组患者生活质量总评分±高于对照组±(P<);试验组护理总体满意度(%)较对照组高(77%),差异有统计学意义(P<)。
结论:心理护理手段在慢性肾衰竭患者的治疗中发挥了积极、乐观的作用,能显著提高了患者的护理质量,改善治疗效果,提升护理满意度,值得在今后医疗护理中推广使用。

ABSTRACT
Objective: To discuss the effect of psychological nursing on patients with chronic renal failure.
Methods: The study used random sampling method to select 200 patients with chronic renal failure from January 2016 to December 2016 in our hospital. 100 cases 100 cases were randomly divided into test group and control group, experimental group on the basis of conventional nursing, psychological psychological nursing, collected in the two groups after 3 months of nursing care in patients, psychological status, nursing service satisfaction evaluation data such as SPSS analysis.
