摘要

在经济全球一体化以及国际贸易进程加快的大背景下，港口的核心功能从海陆中转中心转变为促进经济发展和服务于国际贸易的综合物流中心，逐渐成为现代物流业的重要枢纽，在社会经济发展中的重要性越来越明显。港口是国际物流的集散中心，港口物流涉及到运输、仓储、装卸、加工、检验检疫、海关等诸多方面。在现代经济条件下，发展港口成为了发展物流的突破口，有助于实现良性循环。所以，港口物流绩效状况是反应港口服务水平、作业成本以及竞争力等的有效指标。此外，上海港国际航运中心的建设对上海港加快港口物流业的发展也提出了更高的要求。因此，对上海港物流绩效进行研究具有现实与指导意义。

本文的结构安排如下：

第一章绪论，主要介绍了本文的选题背景、意义、国内外研究现状以及论文的研究思路、结构框架、技术路线。第二章阐述了港口物流及绩效评价的相关理论，并介绍了绩效评价的主要研究方法。第三章从上海港物流概况、水陆空交通运输、港口吞吐量以及其经济腹地等方面分析了上海港物流发展的现状，提出了上海港物流绩效评价的必要性。第四章构建了港口物流绩效评价模型。第五章采用层次分析法和模糊综合评价相结合的方法，构造了港口物流绩效评价体系，定量分析了上海港物流绩效。第六章分析了世界典型港口物流的发展模式并借鉴其成功之道，针对性地提出了提高优化上海港物流绩效的措施。第七章结论，归纳了本文的主要结论以及创新点，并指出其中不足。

ABSTRACT

With the development of economic globalization and international trade, the key function of port transforms from sea-land transit center to integrated logistics center which facilitating economic development and international trade, the role of port obviously plays an important role in social economy, and gradually gets a key position in modern logistics. Port is the distribution center of international logistics, and port logistics relates to various sides such as transportation, storage, loading and unloading, processing, inspection and quarantine and the customs. The development of ports becomes a breakthrough of logistics development, which helps a healthy cycle. The performance of port logistics reflexes the level of port service, costs and competitiveness. Besides, the constructing of Shanghai to be an international shipping center puts forward higher requirements to speeding up the development of port logistics industry. Therefore, the study on the performance of Shanghai port logistics is of more realistic and instructive significance.

The structure of this paper is as follows:

Chapter 1 gives a brief account of the analysis on the background and meaning of the issue as well as the summary of the research. Chapter 2 deals with the relevant theory on port logistics and the evaluation of its performance, and introduces several popular research methods. Chapter 3 analyses the current situation of Shanghai port logistics from the perspectives of its brief introduction, transportation, port turnover and its hinterlands, and puts forward the necessity of the performance evaluation on Shanghai port logistics. Chapter 4 builds up the performance evaluation model. Chapter 5 comes to the case study of the essay, employs the methods of Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation and AHP and makes a quantitative analysis of the level of Shanghai port logistics performance. Chapter 6 analyses successful mode of port logistics around the world and draws lessons from them. According to the evaluating result, this study provides some suggestions to the promotion of the development of port logistics performance. Chapter 7 concludes the above contents and innovation points, and points out the shortage.
