不同的金属在一定的溶液中的电位是不一样的。
同一种金属由于其各部位间存在着电化学不均匀性而造成不同部位间产生一定的电位差值,正是这种电位差值导致了金属在电解质溶液中的电化学腐蚀。
向浸在电解质溶液中的金属(电极)施加直流电流,金属的电极电位会发生变化,这种现象称作极化。
所通电流为正电流(金属为阳极),金属的电位向正方向变化,这种过程叫做阳极极化。
反之,通过的电流为负电流(金属为阴极),金属的电位向负方向变化,则称作阴极极化。
电位与对应电流密度之间的关系曲线叫做极化曲线。
具有钝化性倾向的金属在进行阳极极化时,如果电流达到足够的数值,在金属表面上能够生成一层具有很高耐蚀性能的钝化膜而使电流减少,金属呈钝化状态。
继续给以较小的电流,就可以维持这种钝态,从而减缓金属的腐蚀。
这就是阳极保护的基本原理。
图2为典型的钝性金属阳极极化曲线示意图,图中表现出四个特性区域:1.1AB 区---- 活化区在A 点,外加电流为零,金属处于自腐蚀状态,自腐蚀电位为E A ,当通以阳极电流时,其电流密度随电位的升高而增加。
当电位升高到B 点时,电极过程受到阻碍,电流密度不再上升,达到一个极大值I M 。
在此区域内,金属表面处于活性溶解状态,故将此区域叫做活化区,其电极反应如下:Me →Me n++ne1.2BC 区 ---- 过渡区电位刚过B 点,外加电流密度迅速下降,到C 点降到最小值,金属表面进入钝化状态。
B 点的电流密度I M 和电位E B 叫做致钝电流密度和致钝电位。
BC 区金属表面处于活化----钝化不稳定状态,故将此区域叫做过渡区。

P 型系列空气冷却器使用说明书泰州市裕华制冷设备制造有限公司空气冷却器一、概况P型系列空气冷却器(又称冷风机)是一种使用于各种冷库的冷却降温设备,P型系列空气冷却器有PC、PCE和PE型三种型式分别使用于不同库温的冷库。
它具有结构紧凑、重量轻、不占有冷库实用面积等优点,与自然对流排管相比,它能使冷库内贮藏的食品迅速降温,大大提高了贮藏食品的保鲜度。
二、产品用途P型系列空气冷却器可与不同制冷量的压缩冷凝机组配套,用于不同库温的冷库中作为制冷设备。
其中PC型适用于库温为0℃左右的冷库,如保存鲜蛋或蔬菜的库。
PCE型适用于库温为-18℃左右的冷库,作为肉类、鱼类等冷冻食品的冷藏用。

发电机组降温冷却专家KCWQ系列空冷器KCW系列空气冷却器1.应用范围:用于火电机组、水轮发电机组运行环境的空气降温、火电氢冷机组的氢气降温;2.设备结构及技术规格选型:2.1设备结构经我公司多年来对电站使用的各种空冷器过程中,进行使用情况综合分析,对空冷器的设计、制造工艺实施了一系列的改进完善,形成我公司KCW系列空冷器,经改进完善后的空冷器,其结构及各项指标更加满足用户的使用要求;(空冷器设计压力:0.6〜I.OMpa;工作压力:0.2〜0.5Mpa)KCW系列空冷器,结构以“可卸盖板式”为主,因两侧水室便于拆装,在使用维护过程中便于对水室内部和散热管基管内部进行清洗维护;KCW(系列空冷器主要由左右水室、左右管板、复合式翅片管、上下侧板等主要部件构成,空冷器的水室与管板用螺栓连接(中间使用专用胶垫密封)见下图:1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 101左水室2冷却水进水法兰3冷却水出水法兰4左管板5换热管6下侧板7上侧板8右管板9右水室10 螺栓图2-1 KCWQ “可卸盖板式”空冷器结构2.2技术规格选型KCWQ空气冷却器规格尺寸3.设备特点:3.1 “可卸盖板式”空冷器的左右水室内表面,采用国内先进的“汽车底盘装甲”工艺,进行特殊防腐处理,防止其生锈影响冷却水质,经此工艺加工后的水室内表面,能长期缓解水气腐蚀、冷却水体流动及水体内所含杂质对水室内表面的冲刷撞击,彻底解决了因水室内表面涂漆层脱落、水室内表面生锈等不利因素影响冷却水质的问题;图3-1经“汽车底盘装甲”工艺处理后的水室内表面图3-2基管与管板胀接后照片3.2左右管板采用优质钢板加工,部件外表面采用先进镀锌工艺进行镀锌处理,避免其腐蚀生锈影响冷却水质,并在一定程度上延长了设备使用寿命;翅片管基管与左右管板基管孔处,采用国内最先进的胀接工艺进行胀接密封,确保冷却水在翅片管基管内部正常循环流动,冷却水不会因渗漏随被降温的热空气进入到机组内部,确保机组安全运行(见图3-2);3.3两块侧板与左右管板连接形成空冷器主体,侧板主梁采用国标等边角钢设计制造,(可根据电站实际安装需要,在侧板主梁上钻出一定数量的把合孔,便于空冷器主体与定子及相关设备部件连接并密圭寸);3.4 KCW(系列空冷器使用的核心换热元件是复合式翅片管,复合式翅片管的基管与铝翅片的接触热阻低,在较大温度变化范围内能保持稳定的低值,传热系数高,基管由外层铝管壁保护不受腐蚀,对温度突变及振动有良好抗力;单位长度换热面积大,传热量高,结构可靠,寿命长;翅片表面光滑无毛刺无皱折、不易结垢不易变形、易于清洗(可用高压水冲洗),易于排除表面积水、流动阻力低,能长期保持良好的传热性能。

该冷却器结构简单、可动件少、维修量低等优点。
这种结构的冷却器,强化了气固换热,使活性石灰得到了快速冷却,这样既提高了活性石灰的活性,又提高了入窑二次风温,热回收率大大提高。
竖式冷却器主要由钢结构壳体,冷风帽,篦子装置,出料装置,排除大块系统等组成。
冷却器的壳体上部联接窑头罩,冷却器的壳体内部主要采用低水泥浇注料砌筑,其作用是保护冷却器壳体、保温与隔热。
冷却器冷风帽的作用主要是进行冷风的合理分布,达到快速,均匀冷却出窑白灰的目的。
篦子装置的作用是清除回转窑内的结块,包括结圈剥落的大块以及回转窑进行检修砌筑时打掉的耐火物料等。
出料装置的作用是将被冷却的物料均匀出料到皮带上,同时可以通过变频调节电振的振幅,保证冷却器内的料位,保证二次风温。
竖式冷却器具有占地面积少,内部结构件少,设备简单,冷却热效率高从而被冶金石灰行业普遍选用。
三、冷却器试运行冷却器安装完成后,必须经过无负荷试运行才能投运。
试运行前,需要检查:1、冷却器内部:检查冷却器内部有无安装剩余未清理的杂物。
2、浇注料以及耐火砖:检查浇注料以及耐火砖砌筑是否完好,有无吊挂砖不牢固,浇注料未覆盖现象。
3、各处人孔门、监视门:是否关闭严密,有无漏风。

发电机组降温冷却专家KCWQ系列空冷器KCWQ系列空气冷却器1.应用范围:用于火电机组、水轮发电机组运行环境的空气降温、火电氢冷机组的氢气降温;2.设备结构及技术规格选型:2.1设备结构经我公司多年来对电站使用的各种空冷器过程中,进行使用情况综合分析,对空冷器的设计、制造工艺实施了一系列的改进完善,形成我公司KCWQ系列空冷器,经改进完善后的空冷器,其结构及各项指标更加满足用户的使用要求;(空冷器设计压力:0.6~1.0Mpa;工作压力:0.2~0.5Mpa)KCWQ系列空冷器,结构以“可卸盖板式”为主,因两侧水室便于拆装,在使用维护过程中便于对水室内部和散热管基管内部进行清洗维护;KCWQ系列空冷器主要由左右水室、左右管板、复合式翅片管、上下侧板等主要部件构成,空冷器的水室与管板用螺栓连接(中间使用专用胶垫密封)见下图:1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 101左水室 2冷却水进水法兰 3冷却水出水法兰 4左管板 5换热管 6下侧板7上侧板 8右管板 9右水室 10 螺栓图2-1 KCWQ “可卸盖板式”空冷器结构2.2技术规格选型KCWQ空气冷却器规格尺寸3.设备特点:3.1“可卸盖板式”空冷器的左右水室内表面,采用国内先进的“汽车底盘装甲”工艺,进行特殊防腐处理,防止其生锈影响冷却水质,经此工艺加工后的水室内表面,能长期缓解水气腐蚀、冷却水体流动及水体内所含杂质对水室内表面的冲刷撞击,彻底解决了因水室内表面涂漆层脱落、水室内表面生锈等不利因素影响冷却水质的问题;图3-1经“汽车底盘装甲”工艺处理后的水室内表面图3-2基管与管板胀接后照片3.2左右管板采用优质钢板加工,部件外表面采用先进镀锌工艺进行镀锌处理,避免其腐蚀生锈影响冷却水质,并在一定程度上延长了设备使用寿命;翅片管基管与左右管板基管孔处,采用国内最先进的胀接工艺进行胀接密封,确保冷却水在翅片管基管内部正常循环流动,冷却水不会因渗漏随被降温的热空气进入到机组内部,确保机组安全运行(见图3-2);3.3 两块侧板与左右管板连接形成空冷器主体,侧板主梁采用国标等边角钢设计制造,(可根据电站实际安装需要,在侧板主梁上钻出一定数量的把合孔,便于空冷器主体与定子及相关设备部件连接并密封);3.4 KCWQ系列空冷器使用的核心换热元件是复合式翅片管,复合式翅片管的基管与铝翅片的接触热阻低,在较大温度变化范围内能保持稳定的低值,传热系数高,基管由外层铝管壁保护不受腐蚀,对温度突变及振动有良好抗力;单位长度换热面积大,传热量高,结构可靠,寿命长;翅片表面光滑无毛刺无皱折、不易结垢不易变形、易于清洗(可用高压水冲洗),易于排除表面积水、流动阻力低,能长期保持良好的传热性能。

First remove the protective foil from the underside of the cooler. Spread the thermal paste (17) on the surface of the CPU. The amount supplied is sufficient for one or two applications.Caution: The thermal paste supplied is not suitable for human consumption. If swallowed, drink lots of water and urgently seek medical attention. Keep it out of the reach of children.Avoid contact with skin and eyes.Position the cooler mounting bridge (7) centrally on the cooler. Next place the cooler unit over the CPU. Loosen both heatpipe caps that are found in the middle of the top side of the cooler.Insert the Intel/AMD mounting bridge fastening screws (12) from above into the cooler mounting bridge and then screw these alternately tight.You can use the cross-tip screwdriver (16) for this. Subsequently retighten both heatpipe caps on the top side ofthe cooler.Fasten the 120mm fan (3) using fan clips (18) onto the front side of the cooler. Slide the 135mm fan (2) between the twoheatsinks and also fasten this with fan clips (18). Connect both fans using the the Y cable (20). 在设备上作业时,须穿着硬底防滑鞋;设备周边无护栏,须做好防护工作!操作图标说明本机器使用乙二醇作为换热介质。
如欲使用其它换热介质,必须告知生产商。
乙二醇为无色液体,略有黏性,比较稳定,可溶于水,闻起来或尝起来有甜味。
乙二醇易燃,在高温时,汽/气态的乙二醇易爆。
乙二醇与皮肤接触后,可能导致轻微不适;谨防乙二醇通过皮肤被人体吸收。
乙二醇若溅入眼睛,可能导致眼膜不适。
若不慎吞入乙二醇,会使人兴奋、影响人体中枢神经系统;一段时间后,误食者会感觉疲倦、四肢不听使唤、神志不清、肾脏可能受损。
乙二醇须远离火源。
严禁吸烟!乙二醇重于空气,可能会向低处的房间扩散。
空气不流通时,可能导致地面处的乙二醇浓度增高。
空气中若含高浓度乙二醇,氧气含量减少,有窒息危险,特别是在近地面处。
谨防乙二醇溅上皮肤、衣服或溅入眼睛。
乙二醇若洒在身上,须立即脱去衣物。

由于翅片导管水平排列,无法保证导管内的液体能搞完全排空。
用水或水和乙二醇的混合液作为换热介质的干式冷却器,如未进行防结霜处理或使用非标准的换热介质,正式使用前须完全排空或用乙二醇彻底清洗,直至无结霜危险。
注意!设备内液体无法完全排空!进行试运行和压力测试时,必须使用水和乙二醇的混合液。
若使用水,在低温时,设备会受损。

干式冷却器的换热介质对以下部件进行冷却:起冷凝作用的制冷剂、发电机内的回路、高技术生产线等。
此款干式冷却器通过风扇送风,能独立对单种液体(换热介质、热载体)进行制冷。
制冷通过热交换器实现,换热介质向空气散热,干式冷却器表面装有风扇,吸入热风、送出冷风。
换热介质在设备的制冷系统内循环流动,进行吸热、散热。
本设备使用的换热介质符合EN378-1规则第3.7.2章节的规定,对工作人员无人身安全威胁。
风机:长期储存或搁置不用时,风扇每月应运转2-4小时。
通过叉车或吊车运输机器时,请确保其重量分布均匀。
起运、起吊时注意重心(详见运输图示)!使用吊车时,挂钩和挂链只能连接到生产商指定的位置!连接管、弯头上禁止悬挂物品!特别提示:请提前确认吊车能承载机器重量,必要时请使用吊车支架(参看运输图示说明,第一篇《综合安全说明》)此设备通常分为数个完整的系统部件运输。
收到货物后,请严格按照随箱的安装图示来进行组装。
设备送达时若无支撑腿,请按照安装说明用生产商提供的螺钉把支撑腿装上。
签收货物时,请对照清单检查是否已收到所有货品。
如果零部件有损坏或丢失,请在送货单上注明,并立即书面通知生产商。

新机器安装启动或闲置机器重新投入使用前,注意做好清洁工作。
必须严格遵守关于以下设施的法令,并注意采取事故预防措施: 吊车 叉车 与吊车配套的悬架 电动工业卡车机器储存时必须注意防尘、防污染、防潮、防碰撞,并确保其不受其他不良因素的影响。

设备必须水平固定、安装。
所有吊点必须与安装平面保持固定距离并处于拉紧状态,以避免设备结构产生机械应力。
设备必须固定在安装位置,避免移动。
装设备:任何时候,必须保证不受阻的气流进出设备而不短路。
装设备:必须保证任何时候能在所有侧面进行检查和保养,即有顺畅的通道到管路和电器元件、接口和管路。
管路标记必须清晰,必须有足够的空间作调试。
安安液体管路:必须避免机械损坏!客户连接:当就位安装时,不要使设备受力;不能有外力作用在集管和分液管!以下文件可作固定设备的安装计划:见定单说明(见第2章“技术数据”)。

由于错误操作导致的损坏,生产商不承担质保责任。
设备只能紧固在提供的吊点上。
安装(或再连接)后,必须清洁设备内部。
设备充注干燥空气出厂(见第4.2章“运输、卸货”)。
放出干燥空气之前,用户必须完成所有相关的管路安装工作。
液体管路接口,必须完全没有机械应力!客户完成的管路系统在连接到设备之前必须打好支撑。
焊接工作只能在已卸压的设备上进行!安装管路要尽量短!尽量少用弯头,必须用弯头时,用大半径的。
设备内若无足够的抗冻结剂或设备处于易结霜区域,设备有冻结危险(见第1章“总体安装说明”)。
无法彻底抽成真空的设备,在经过抽真空处理后,仍存在冻结风险。
设备抽真空时,必须保证良好通风。
在低温时,若设备所充注的换热介质不稳定或抗冻结剂含量过低,就进行运行或进行压力测试或系统内的水未排空,设备会出现故障。
此种故障不在生产商的质量保证范围内。
••••••冷却器就位的整体要求必须遵守相关规则(见第1章“总体安装”)。
制冷剂一旦泄漏必须能够切断设备。
施工现场禁止使用明火。
必须按照EN378-3的要求配置灭火器及灭火装置,工作人员必须严格遵守相关规定。
在进出冷却器的管路上安装管子、阀门及其附件时,必须遵守EN 378-2和BGR 500(设备操作)规则中“制冷系统,热泵和冷却系统的操作”章节的规定。
必须焊接所有接口。
必要时,请向生产商索要金属焊接说明。
避免冲击焊接接缝;使用一端加宽的铜管;避免泄漏,精确仔细地焊接。
焊接时避免过热(过多氧化层的危险)。
焊接时用保护气(阻止氧化层产生)。
完成管路安装后,连接设备前必须清洁内部,必须进行压力测试。
对于干式冷却器的管路,以下规则适用:必须按照接线盒中的接线图连接电机,并请再次检查。
启动前,必须检查线路已正确安装,而且电器安全装置能正常工作。
必须检查风扇耗电量是否符合铭牌标称。
必须检查风扇转动方向是否正确,发现方向错误时马上调整。
检查所有供电线连接,接线盒必须有线套并按相应等级绝缘。
所有供电线必须按最小截面要求装置熔断器。
必须检查控制装置已按要求安装,并确保其工作正常。
所有安装装置必须检查是否已装上了复位开关。
若风扇运转模式可选,各模式下的电流量必须核查。
风扇运转模式可选时,必须确保未超出电机生产商规定的额定功率,否则,电机可能过热或过载。
在频率转换模式下,必须遵守相应的EMC指令。
向制冷系统充注换热介质时,必须参照规定的浓度值,须充注(水和乙二醇)混合液。
充注后,必须按规定对设备进行通风。
无泄露隐患。
在••空气入口温度应按“技术参数”2.2.部分的说明来确定。
如果运行条件偏离了要求(见定货规格),必须咨询生产商。
前使、预防换热介质流体温度换热介质回流温度或循环流量气流量•改变了第3章“操作”规定的应用应尽可能从中间向四周、从上至下清洗。
清洗必须持续进行,直到所有污物被除掉。
应使用设备上的检查窗。
检查窗注意:打开检查窗前,必须切断设备电源。
清洗时,设备必须从系统和供电线路中断开!水和蒸汽喷头必须与电气接头和电机保持足够的距离。
只能使用适用于设备材质、不会对其产生侵蚀影响的清洗剂。
风扇和风扇护栅上的污物和霜或冰必须定期清除,否则会导致风扇不平衡,甚至可能使电机受到损坏或导致风扇无法全速运行。
风扇电机是免维护电机。
7. 3.风扇和护栅在移走或打开保养后必须按原位复原;然后设备才能重新投入使用!用硬物(如金属刷、改锥或类似工具)进行机械清洁,会损坏换热器。
不允许此操作!在开始保养和维修之前,换热介质/制冷剂要进行均匀平衡,电器连接与供电线路断开。
