§概述

Overview

该阀是我厂按最新标准设计,在吸收消化国内外先进技术的基础上,而研制成功的一种大口径蝶阀结构上做了改进,性能更加可靠,广泛用于介质为低、中、高压的水、泥沙水、海水等的泵站管路中,安装在水泵出口处,作截止、调节之用。It is a big caliber butterfly valve that designed according to newest standard upon digesting and assimilating advanced technology from home and foreign, which is improved in structure but with more reliable performance, is widely used to pump pipe with media of water, cement sand and sea water in low, middle and high pressure, installed to outlet of water pump, used to close and regulate flow.

一、结构特点:

1、三偏心结构

Three-dimensional eccentric structure

由于该阀采取了三偏心结构,从几何形状上使得阀座与蝶板密封圈在阀门整个开关过程中完全脱离,这一独特的偏心组合,既利用了凸轮效应,又完全消除了摩擦,从而实现了阀门在90°启闭行程中,阀座与蝶板上的多层弹性密封圈之间

无摩擦消除了因密封面的磨损而产生阀门泄露的可能,大大延长了阀门的使用寿命,阀门密封面上的比压可通过外力矩的增减进行作任意调整,使其密封更为可靠,绝不会出现过关现象。

For the valve adopts three-dimensional structure, completely release the valve seat from the dished end sealing ring in the entire switching course, the unique eccentric combination utilizes cam effect and completely eliminate the friction, so as to realize zero friction between valve seat and multi-tiered elastic sealing ring, eliminate the possibility of leakage caused by friction, greatly prolong the use life of valve. The specific pressure in the sealing face of valve could be regulated randomly through externally applied torque, make seal more credible, without phenomenon of pass.

2、多层次弹性金属密封圈

真空蝶阀利用安装在蝶板上的多层次弹性密封圈来实现真正的零泄漏。蝶板上的多层次弹性密封圈是由不锈钢片和优质石棉板一层一层相互叠加压制而成。它即具备金属密封副的硬度及较好的抗摩擦性能,又具有软密封副的弹性及较好的密封性能,当外力阀杆通过施加扭矩时,也使密封圈径向压缩和柔动,而密封圈与阀座接触面是“锥中锥“的结构,两个锥体均为斜锥体,密封圈与阀座之间的接触角产生轻微的“楔块效应”,使密封圈发生柔动和径向压缩。正是由于密封圈与阀座之间的均匀接触及密封圈的柔性使阀座周边产生均匀荷载,从而用最小的力矩实现最严密的切断,致使阀门达到零泄漏。

The vacuum butterfly valve adopts multi-tiered elastic sealing ring in the butterfly board to realize genuine zero leakage. The multi-tiered elastic sealing ring in the

butterfly board is overlapped with stainless steel plate and excellent asbestos board one by one. It equips hardness of metal sealing with better antifriction performance, but also has elasticity of soft seal with better sealing performance. When the valve rod exert torque, but also make seal ring compress and move vertically, the interface between seal ring and valve seat is “cone-shaped” structure, two cones are both oblique cones, the contacting corner will produce light wedge effect, make seal ring move and compress vertically. For the uniform contact between sealing ring and valve seat, and the softness of seal ring make valve seat produce homogeneous loading, so as to realize most stringent with minimum torque, reach zero leakage.

3、阀门阀轴底部密封结构

阀门阀轴底部密封采用金属缠绕平垫加优质橡胶“O”型圈双重密封结构,阀底端盖与阀体连接采用凹凸法兰式结构,密封垫为包边金属缠绕垫片,该垫即有较高强度,又有可靠密封性能,另外在自润滑轴承上部,阀杆与阀体之间设有一套“O”型圈密封装置,即有效地防止了阀门底部的外泄漏,又对自润滑轴承起到了防护作用。

It adopts metal winding gasket plus excellent rubber “O”ring double seal structure, applies concave-convex flange structure to connect bottom valve end cover and valve body, the gasket is metal winding, with high strength and reliable sealing performance. Besides, in the upper section of self-lubricant bearing, there is one “O”sealing arrangement between valve stem and body, effectively prevent external leakage in the bottom but also protect the self-lubricant bearing.
