摘要

本设计主要是做清单计价，工程为中国人民解放军第一五九医院病房楼，结构类型为砖混结构工程。通过熟悉图纸、图集、定额，了解工程的基本情况，依据《建设工程工程量清单计价规范》（GB50500-20XX）的工程量计算规则，按土石方工程、地基基础工程、砌筑工程、混凝土及钢筋混凝土工程、屋面及防水工程、保温、隔热工程的顺序计算建筑部分工程量，按楼地面工程、墙、柱面工程、门窗工程、油漆涂料工程的顺序计算装饰部分工程量，套《江苏省建筑与装饰工程计价表》得出综合单价，再由此基础上得出分部分项工程量的合价，并参考《江苏省建设工程费用定额》

（20XX）算出措施项目计价与其他项目计价，最后得出建筑与装饰工程的总造价。

ABSTRACT

This design is mainly to do inventory valuation, works for the People's Liberation Army Hospital 159, ward building, structure type of masoy structure works. Through familiar with the drawings, atlas, fixed, understand the basic situation of the project, based on "construction project BOQ pricing norms" for engineering calculation rules, according to earthwork, foundation engineering, masoy, concrete and reinforced concrete work, roofing and waterproofing calculation sequence, thermal insulation engineering construction part of the project amount, according to the Floor, order the wall, cylinder works, doors and windows, decorative paints xxputing engineering part of the project amount, set "Jiangsu provincial Construction and decoration Engineering pricing table "xxe integrated unit, and then based on the results thus part of the project the amount of xxbined price and refer to the" construction of fixed costs in Jiangsu Province
