本手册依据《EN ISO 3834-3金属材料熔化焊的质量要求—第三部分：一般质量要求》和《EN 15085-1至EN 15085-5铁路上的应用-铁路车辆及其部件的焊接》标准，并结合公司产品特点以及焊接质量的有关控制活动编制而成。

This manual is completed as per and and combined with the company’s products characteristics and relevant control actions of welding quality to work out.

本手册是公司焊接质量工作的纲领性文件，是实施焊接工作的行为规范，相关人员必须严格贯彻执行，以保证公司焊接质量管理体系得到有效运行，确保产品焊接质量持续满足顾客及有关法律法规的要求。

This manual is the guiding documents of company welding quality works, and the action regulation of welding execution, relevant personnel have to strictly execute to make sure company welding quality management system can be operated effectively, ensure product welding quality can continuously meet the requirements of customer and related laws and regulation.

1 目的Objective

为明确焊接管理相关工作职责、规范焊接管理相关工作流程，制定本手册。

In order to clarify welding management relevant working responsibilities, regulate welding management relevant working procedure, so this manual specified.

2 适用范围Scope

本手册适用于公司采用欧洲标准EN 15085焊接生产的紧急疏散门系列项目。

This manual is applicable to company’s Emergency Evacuate Doors used European EN 15085 welding manufacture standards.

本手册描述的焊接质量管理要求，依据欧标体系中EN ISO 3834-3（金属材料熔化焊的质量要求第3部分：一般质量要求），适用于公司生产车间焊接及与焊接生产质量控制相关的环节。范围包括各类紧急疏散门和落客装置钢和铝合金结构制作等。

This manual describes welding quality management requirement based on EN ISO 3834-3 of European standards(Quality requirements for fusion welding of metallic materials, Part 3: General quality requirements) , and it is applicable to workshop welding and related welding quality control activities in the company, including Steel and aluminum alloy structure manufacture and so on for all kinds of Emergency Evacuate Doors and Drop-off Device.

3 职责Responsibilities

3.1 业务部Sales Department

负责组织业务合同评审；Be responsible for organizing the contract review.

负责组织客户合同范围内的要求评审和技术评审；

Be responsible for organizing clients for requirements review and technical review in scope of the contract.

负责组织分包商评审；Be responsible for organizing the sub-contractor review.

负责焊材及母材的采购和外协；Be responsible for purchasing and cooperation for welding materials and parent materials .

3.2 研发部 R&D Department

负责新产品的开发和老产品的改型换代设计；

Be responsible for development of new products,designing and changing outlook of primary product.

负责合同产品设计，输出设计文件。

Be responsible for designing product for contract,output the designing documents.
