半自磨机和球磨机工艺配置探讨

摘 要：随着选矿厂建设规模越来越大型化，碎磨流程采用“半自磨+球磨”的工艺越来越多，半自磨机和 球磨机作为主体设备，其配置形式及配置细节必须慎重考虑，它影响整个选矿厂的布置形式，选矿厂整体

能耗水平的高低，以及操作检修是否方便和高效。本文简要介绍了半自磨工艺流程的发展及近期我国大

型选矿厂半自磨、球磨机的基本情况，着重介绍了大中型半自磨机和球磨机的两种配置形式——“端对端$

配置和“边靠边”配置，并论述了车间配置设计中需要考虑地形的变化、物料的走向、方便更换衬板和缩短

检修时间、磨机电机台数及位置、圆筒筛和振动筛配置、水力旋流器配置、渣浆泵及泵池配置、矿区溢出矿 浆的处理等问题，并讨论了车间配置对安全、结构、操作和生产成本的重要意义。

自20世纪50年代北美和南非矿业上采用半自 磨工艺已有半个世纪，半个世纪以来半自磨技术得

到迅速发展，已成为一种成熟的有特点的磨矿工

艺半自磨能够使选矿厂碎磨流程简化，具有占

地面积小、工艺简单、产生粉尘少、易于实现自动控 制、劳动效率高等优点。以半自磨机+球磨机为主 体设备的碎磨工艺分为：SAB （半自磨+球磨）工艺、

SABC （半自磨+球磨+顽石破碎）工艺閃。自20

世纪80年代以后，国外新建或扩建的有色矿山选矿

厂，几乎大都采用“半自磨+球磨”流程［3\ 2004
