Teaching steps:
Step 1.Revision
1.Greeting.
2.Review some important structures of last lesson.
Step 2.Presentation
1.Ask and answer:
Look out of your classroom window. What can you see? Look out of your bedroom window. What can you see? (They get on the train ,when they find their seats the train leaves…)
2.Ask ss. to look out of the window of the train and talk about
what they are looking at.
3.Ask ss. to read the dialogue carefully and underline what they
are looking at.
4.Play the audiotape as the students follow in their student
books.
Q: How does Danny feel on the train?
Step3. Practice
1.Drill the new words together.
2.Ask ss. to read the dialogue carefully by themselves.
3.Ask some to present the dialogue in a role.
4.Do with “Let’s Do it!”
Step4. Language notes
1.He looks here and there at the people on the train.
here and there到处,处处
e.g. In spring, there are flowers here and there.
2. He looks out of the window.
Look out of 从…向外看
由look构成的短语还有:look at看look like看起来像look after照顾look up查字典look for寻找look over检查3. Point to them, please
point at…(距离较近);point to…(距离较远)。

e.g. He points to the high mountain.
e.g. He points at the book。
