Notice
1. The Business License of Enterprise Legal Person is the
certificate for an enterprise to obtain
legal person qualification and conduct legal operation.
2. The Business License of Enterprise Legal Person is divided into
an original and a duplicate
which have the equal legal effect.
3. The original of the Business License of Enterprise Legal Person shall be placed in an
eye-catching position in the residence of the enterprise.
4. The Business License of Enterprise Legal Person shall not be forged, altered, rented, lent or
transferred.
5. If the registration content in the certificate needs to change, the Enterprise as a Legal Person
shall apply for the change registration and replacement of the Business License of Enterprise
Legal Person to the issuing authority.
6. The Business License of Enterprise Legal Person shall participate in the annual check-up from
March 1 to June 30 each year.
7. The Enterprise as a Legal Person shall not conduct operation activities irrelevant to
liquidation after the business license is revoked.
8. The Enterprise as a Legal Person shall return the original and duplicate copies when going
through the cancellation procedures.
9. In case that the Business License of Enterprise Legal Person is lost or damaged, the enterprise
shall announce the business license invalid in a newspaper designated by the registration
authority and apply for a replacement.
Annual Inspection Records
Documents for annual inspection shall be submitted from March 1 to June 30 each year and there will be no further notice.
