天津市纪庄子污水处理厂工艺设计
摘要
在当今社会,随着城市的发展规模越来越来,污染问题也随之而来,这几年尤其突出的就是水污染和大气污染。水是生命之源,是人类懒以生存的基础,如果破坏了水体,会加剧社会的矛盾,制约经济的发展。我国近几年来非常重视水污染,兴建了许多大型污水处理厂,改善水质质量,为保护人类赖以生存的资源做出了巨大的贡献。
本设计的污水处理厂设计流量为260000m3/d,
本次设计具有良好的可生化性,在生化性较好的同时降低了成本、出水水质好,可以达到国家出水水质一级B的标准,是现代化污水处理厂首选的技术。
在分析了出水的水质和处理规模的大小,占地的大小,设备处理复杂的程度,以及
A2活性污泥处理法的工艺。我的污水设计的处理流程维护简易程度,最后选择了传统O
是:粗格栅---细格栅---提升泵房---曝气沉砂池---初沉池---A2/O池---二沉池---消毒池---接触池---河流,我的污泥设计的处理流程是:A2/O池、初沉池污泥---贮泥池---污泥回流泵房---浓缩池---脱水机房---外运。
另外,由于该污水处理厂设计的出水一部分需要进行消毒处理,为确保处理后的水中微生物能达到要求,后续还引入了氯气消毒作为深度处理的工艺,通过投加液氯在接触池池中进行反应,进一步去除水体中的污染物后,出水可以达到出水水质要求。

Abstract
In today's society, with more and more and city development scale, pollution problem, in recent years, especially that of water pollution and air pollution. Water is the Source of Life, is the basis for human being to exist, if the destruction of the water body, will intensify social contradictions, which restrict the development of economy. Attaches great importance to water pollution in China in recent years, the construction of large sewage treatment plant, improve water quality, and made great contributions to the protection of human survival resources.
The design sewage treatment capacity for the 260000m3/d;
This design has good biodegradability, in good biodegradability and low cost, good water quality, water quality of effluent can reach the national level B standard, is the preferred technique for modern sewage treatment plant.
In the analysis of the water quality and treatment scale, covers an area of size, degree of processing complex, and simple maintenance level, the final choice of the process of the traditional activated sludge treatment method. Design of the sewage treatment process to me is: the coarse grid, fine grille - pumping station - the aeration sink two sedimentation tank, disinfection pool - contact tank - river sediment ---A2/O pool, sand pool, pool, sludge design process I is: A2/O pool, primary sludge, mud pond, sludge return pump - concentrated pool, dehydration machine room - sinotrans.
In addition, due to the design of wastewater treatment plant effluent components need to be disinfected, to ensure that the microorganisms in the water after treatment can meet the requirements, the follow-up is also introduced as a process for advanced treatment of chlorine disinfection, by adding chlorine reaction was carried out in contact with pool, pollutants in water further after removal, the effluent can reach the water water quality requirements.
