Abstract

Objective:

To Comparative the therapeutic effect of double filtration plasmapheresis and plasma exchange on multiple clinical diseases.

Methods:

A retrospective analysis from November2014to March2017in our hospital about 32cases who were confirmed RPGN,and disease in activity phase,of which pathogenic antibody rise in different level.The research is including16cases of application of DFPP treatment,16cases of PE treatment.According to the patients’improvement of hematuria,proteinuria,hemoptysis,edema,and subjective feeling,divided into3kinds of situation,effect,improvement and https://www.360docs.net/doc/c110714906.html,bined with related indicators after3 times treatment to evaluate clinical outcome.The incidence of adverse reactions and the effective treatment of3times were evaluated clinical prognosis.

Results:

After3times,The serum creatinine,urea nitrogen,globulin of DFPP group’s decrease rate and pathogenic antibody clearance are obvious compare to the PE group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).While albumin,white blood cells, hemoglobin,platelet had no significant difference.There were8cases of DFPP group effective in treatment,6cases were improved,2cases were invalid.There were2cases were effective in PE group,7cases were improved,7cases were invalid,and the two

groups were statistically different(P<0.05).The efficiency of two groups were87.5% and56.3%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no adverse reaction in the DFPP group,there were10adverse reactions in the PE group occurred, the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).

Conclusion:

Compare to the traditional PE,the DFPP can effectively relieve disease activity,eliminate specific pathogenic substances and non-specific serum creatinine and urea nitrogen,etc.It has definite effect on the treatment of various diseases and less adverse reaction.It is deserved to be popularized.
