摘要

随着社会经济脚步的加快,不难看出,企业的竞争从根本上说就是人才的竞争,从另一角度说,也同样是企业培训的竞争。员工培训是企业最关心的容之一,也是企业必须要努力完善的首要任务。因此,加强企业对于新员工的培训力度已经成为了企业的当务之急。企业需要培养一系列的熟悉业务,乐观向上,勤于工作,于律己的新员工来提高企业的效率。目前,企业的员工培训已成为了增强竞争力、提高经济运行质量的最有效的途径。有效的员工培训不仅仅能发扬公司文化和传播经营理念,有助于员工相互协调合作与沟通,还能提高员工自身的知识技能水平。如果企业能够根据自身的实际情况来管理员工的培训,那么公司的效益的提高也是必然的,科学的培训也会帮助企业实现自身价值。但是要想做到科学的培训并不十分简单,它的涵盖面极其广泛,从培训需求分析到培训法的选择以及合理的训评估,都需要人力资源管理工作者认真思考和研究。自从中国进入WTO后,我国的经济逐渐走向了新的篇章。而对于企业来说,则是充满着新的机遇,也同样存在着新的挑战。所以企业的培训变得尤为重要,也同样的受到了更为强烈的关注。只有良好的企业培训才能培养出优秀的员工,只有拥有更为优秀的员工,企业才能进一步成为众多精英中的佼佼者。

本文由电网公司入手,第一章由提出问题后对问题进行研究,列举出集中培训的常用法。第二章通过对员工培训的理论概述,对员工培训的含义,员工培训的容以及员工培训在企业中的作用进行进一步的解释。第三章主要介绍电网公司的创立背景以及企业职责。第四章主要描述该公司在员工培训时存在的问题,而后第五章根据第四章提出的问题进行一系列的建议。

The employee trains the job being Human Resource Management one of middle the most important thing, reinforce the enterprise personnel training as a result, quality improving the enterprise personnel all round, the large amounts of cultivating one have a thing know the team who manages , meets administration's , kind decision-making's personnel of company who can open up , strengthens a task of top priority.

Effective employee training can improve the employee knowledge technical ability horizontal, and being able to develop company culture and spreading not only manage idea, be helpful to a mutual employee coordination cooperation and communicate with. Enterprise will may make an employee be full of the intense emotion working , will bring up one team who strives for to attaining enterprise's objectives if enterprise has a effective employee to train mechanism,the science training is not easy to need to achieve , it includes many-sided content, the from training the need analysis to training method's alternative and rational model estimates that requiring that the Human Resource Management worker ponders deeply and studies.
