焊接材料管理办法

Welding material management method

为加强各分包商焊接材料使用管理；同时让分包商及焊工都能明确焊材使用要求、焊材领用流程，特制定本管理办法。

For strengthening the welding material management of subcontractor, and to make the subcontractor and welders clearing the operating requirements and recipient process of welding material, so we established this management method.

1、职责

Responsibility:

1.1总承包商提供正式工程所使用的焊接材料，总承包商物资公司负责焊接材料的采购、验

收以及一级库发放前的过程控制与管理。

Contractor shall provide welding material used for formal construction project, the procurement company of contractor shall responsible for purchase, acceptance check of welding material and the process control and management before granting from the one-level storage.

1.2总承包商各单位负责本单位焊接材料采购计划的编制，报检测中心及物资公司审核；各

单位同时负责分包商施工前焊接材料使用的申请及焊接材料现场使用的管理工作。

The units of contractor shall responsible for formation of welding material purchase plan, then audited by testing center and procurement company; the units shall responsible for the use application of welding material before construction and the management of welding material used for site.

1.3分包商设立二级焊材库，自备焊条烘烤设备。负责二级库的日常管理，并做好焊材的入

库、烘烤、发放与回收管理。

The subcontractor shall establish second welding storage, and shall provide the electrode baking equipment. The subcontractor shall responsible for daily management, and shall do well the storage, baking, management of grant and recover.

1.4总承包商检测中心负责焊接材料的监督管理工作。

The testing center of contractor shall responsible for supervision of welding material.

2、焊接材料的领取

The claim of welding material

2.1各单位分包商凭领料单到物资公司一级焊材库领取焊接材料。领料单的开据需经各单位焊

接技术员或焊接管理人员确认，检测中心审核。

The units of subcontractor shall claim welding material from first-level welding material storage of procurement company with material requisition. And the material requisition shall be affirmed by the welding technician and welding management personnel, and audited by testing center.

2.2分包商到一级库领取焊接材料，并主动索取质量证明材料。

The subcontractor shall claim welding material from first-level welding material storage, and shall ask for quality testimonial document.

2.3一级库焊材管理人员做好焊材的出、入库记录台帐。

The management personnel of first-level welding material storage shall make brief in and out record of welding material.

2.4分包商二级焊材库必须做好焊接材料的入库记录，二级库尽量少存放焊材，以防因存放不

当，造成焊条受潮、损坏。

The manager of welding material must take the storage notes of welding material， the welding rob on the second-level welding material storage shall as little as possible, in order to prevent damp and damage because of improper storage.

3、焊接材料的保管

Management of welding material

焊材库一级库、分包商的二级库对焊接材料日常保管必须符合以下要求：The daily management for welding material on the first-level welding material storage and the second-level welding material storage of subcontractor shall meet the following requirements:

3.1焊接材料必须存放在干燥、通风良好的室内仓库，库内不准放置有害气体和腐蚀性介

质，室内应保持整洁；焊材库内应保持一定的温度和湿度，一般要求温度不低于5℃，相对空气湿度不大于60%。

Welding materials must be stored in a dry, well ventilated indoor warehouse. The warehouse is not allowed to place the harmful gases, corrosive media and debris; room should be kept clean and health. Welding material warehouse should maintain a certain temperature and humidity. Generally required temperature is not lower than 5 ° c, relative air humidity not more than 60%.

3.2焊接材料应放置在专用搁架上，但不宜堆放过高，焊材距离地面、墙壁应在300毫米以

上；应按焊材的品种型号、规格、批号、入库时间分类堆放，挂好明确的标识牌。
