摘要

为适应我国经济快速发展的需要,我国铁路正在实行第六次提速,通过大力的扩能增效,来适应现代化的发展。道岔是铁路线路中的关键设备,有着十分重要的作用。为了满足高速列车高速、安全运行和旅客乘坐舒适度的要求,高速铁路道岔设计在一些原则性规定、结构构造要求和维修养护等方面都作了更加严格的规定。高速铁路道岔对其通过的列车的性能也有着积极的推动作用。

因此高速铁路轨道道岔的施工在轨道施工中显得尤为的重要,道岔施工不仅是道岔铺设工程,更是一项需要不同技术人员相互配合的系统工程。我国高速铁路道岔的施工技术是在认真总结国内高速铁路道岔建设经验、教训以及学习和借鉴国外技术的基础上,发展而来的。高速鉄路道岔在施工中应以施工工艺为重点,结合工程设备严格施工,每一步的施工都要达到施工技术标准。

本文通过查阅资料了解了高速铁路无砟道岔施工方法、施工技术及目前的发展、科研情况,掌握了无砟道岔的施工工序。

本文主要阐述了高速铁路无砟道岔的施工工序、施工方法,以及施工中的注意事项。重点论述了原位组装换铺法、现场预铺插入法和道岔铺设后的调试。

Abstract

In order to meet the needs of China's rapid economic development, China railway is being implemented in the sixth speed for the strong capacity efficiency which adapt to the development of modernization . Turnout is the key equipment in the railway line which plays a very important role.In order to meet the requirements of high speed, safe operation and passengers comfortable,turnout design is made more strict regulations in the principle ,structure and maintenance requirements .The performance of high-speed rail turnouts also has a positive role in promoting.

So the construction of high-speed railway track turnout is particularly important in the track construction.Turnout construction is not only the turnout laying works, but also a system engineering which need different technologies complement .Our country's construction technology in high-speed railway turnout which development on the basis of conscientiously summarize the domestic railway construction experience, lessons and learn from foreign technology.High-speed railway turnout construction should be focus on construction technology and strict construction with engineering equipment to ensure that every step of the construction meet the technical standards of construction.

This article get the information what is the method of ballastless Turnout Engineering , construction technology ,the development of research situation and master the process of the ballastless turnout construction for date access.

This article elaborates on high-speed railway ballastless turnouts construction process, construction methods as well as the precautions in the construction and focus on the in situ assembly for laying, on-site Pre-Shop after the insertion method and Turnout debugging.
