Recipe of pan cake煎饼果子(JIAN BING GUO ZI )

Ingredients

Main material: flours 20g , corn meal 20g, soybean flours 30g

Accessories: egg, scallion, coriander, Hot pickled mustard tuber(CHINESE FOOD) , deep-fried dough sticks(YOU TIAO), garlic and chilli sauce , sweet sauce , oil, water 150g

主料 :面粉20g玉米面20g黄豆面30g

辅料 : 鸡蛋适量葱适量香菜榨菜适量油条适量蒜蓉辣酱适量甜面酱适量白糖适量油适量清水150g

Methods and Steps

方法步骤

1.mix the three flours.

这些材料可用24CM平底锅做3个饼。

2. Add clean water slowly , mix it into flour paste

慢慢加入清水,边搅拌成无颗粒状的面糊。

3. Prepare some material: chopped the hot pickled mustard tuber, chopped scallion, mix the garlic and pepper , sweet sauce and a bit sugar together.(if you don’t like sugar ,you can put some honey instead.)

准备配料,榨菜切小丁、葱切葱花、蒜蓉辣酱和甜面酱加少许白糖搅拌制成甜辣酱。

4. apply some oil in the pan, pour some flour paste into it.

平底锅涂一层薄薄的油,将面糊倒入。

5. shake the pan , make the flour paste flat .

晃动平底锅,使面糊铺满整个锅底。

6. when the dough become the flat cake ,put an egg on it.

饼皮成形后,打入一个鸡蛋。

7. stir the egg by shovel

用铲子将鸡蛋搅散,铺满整个饼皮。

8. when the egg solidified, turn it around. 鸡蛋凝固后,翻面。

9. put some sweet sauce.

涂上甜辣酱。

10. put some chopped scallion and hot pickled mustard tuber. Or something else. 撒上葱花和榨菜碎。最好还能放些香菜。

11. put half of the YOU TIAO in it ( deep-fried dough sticks).

放入油条半根。

12. roll it up ,done.

卷起出锅。
