环境化学公司的管理团队购买了孟山都原来的业务

2005年8月，孟山都环境化学有限公司的管理团队，成功地从孟山都公司购买了与环境化学有关的业务，成立了新的公司-MECS（孟莫克）有限公司。公司的名字已经由孟山都环境化学有限公司更名为MECS（孟莫克）有限公司。原来的孟山都环境化学有限公司管理团队将继续控制MECS。

该转让旨在“无缝隙”的转让并使得我们的商业行为更加透明化。除了公司的名称稍有改变外，其余均保持与原来相同的运作模式。我们的用户、供货商、顾问、独立经销处的代表所打交道的人员将和以前完全一样，包括全球范围内的销售、技术服务、设计、产品、采购综合物流等。MECS作为独立的公司将继续致力于为全球用户提供最佳工艺技术、优质服务，并保持与客户的良好合作关系。

孟山都环境化学系统有限公司是孟山都公司的子公司，成立于1969年，合并了现有的一些工艺技术、产品和服务业务，但某些业务早在1917年就已经开始。所以，新的MECS 有限公司建立在近100年的发展史上，帮助用户在他们的工艺运行中获益。近几年来，孟山都公司的业务几乎完全转移到农业方面，因此，与环境有关的业务转移给MECS有限公司－一个独立于孟山都的新的所有者，将有利于所有的股东。

我们目前在美国圣.路易斯市的组织机构是由项目管理、工艺、工程设计、进度管理、采购和施工管理等人员组成。我们的工程设计组配备了用于硫酸和有关工程的其他工艺所需的所有专业人才。我们还使用了最新工具如三维CAD和CFD，我们的员工大部分是以前的有实践经验的操作、维修、开车人员，能为客户提供所需的工程评估和解决方案。

Acquisition Of Monsanto Enviro-Chem Systems Inc. Completed

CHESTERFIELD, Mo./EWORLDWIRE/Aug. 8, 2005 --- The management team of Monsanto Enviro-Chem Systems, Inc. in partnership with American Industrial Partners has successfully completed the acquisition of Enviro-Chem's worldwide business interests from Monsanto Company.

MECS, Inc. will be the new company name. MECS, Inc.'s current management team will continue to operate the existing portfolio of businesses. The locations of major offices and manufacturing facilities for MECS, Inc. will remain unchanged.
