白术化学成分、药理作用及临床应用的研究进展

【摘要】白术属补益药，生品及炮制品皆应用广泛且疗效确切。现代研究表明，白术中的挥发油、多糖、白术内酯是其发挥诸多药理作用的主要物质基础，白术对消化系统、泌尿系统、免疫系统及神经系统皆有调节作用，临床上可用于胃肠溃疡、便秘、腹泻、免疫力低下、安胎、慢性消耗性疾病及癌症的辅助治疗。

白术始载于《神农本草经》，列为上品，性温，味甘、

苦，入脾、胃经，功能健脾益气，燥湿利水，止汗，安胎，主治脾虚食少，腹胀泄泻，痰饮眩悸，水肿，自汗，胎动不安等症[1]。不同产地、不同生长季节的白术活性成分
