气动绞车操作注意事项

1.使用前首先要检查绞车的固定情况，钢丝绳是否有断丝，排列是否整齐，气源压力是否正常，刹车系统是否灵活适用，钩子的自动锁紧装置是否灵活好用。

2.操作者首先要站在绞车的正对面，保证脚下及附近无杂物。左手操作气源手柄，右手操作带刹，眼看钢丝绳排列情况及起吊物的位置。

3.严禁超负荷使用气动绞车。

4.严禁挂空挡下放。起吊前必须确定吊索完好，吊装点是否正确。

5.气动绞车使用完后，排好钢丝绳，关闭气源，刹车处于刹位。

6.操作者操作时必须注意力集中，加强与其他操作人员的配合。必须服从指定人员的指挥。

7.严禁未经培训人员操作气动绞车。

Pneumatic Winch Operation Notes

1. Before using winches ，should check the fixed situation of winches, whether there are broken wire rope, is neatly arranged, air supply pressure is normal, brake system is in good condition。the automatic locking device of hook is flexible and easy to use.

2. The operator must stand at opposite the winch to ensure that no debris are in and around the foot. Left-handed should operate the air handle, right-handed operate with a brake, and the operater looks at the arrangement of wire rope and lifting objects position.

3. Prohibited to use of pneumatic winch overload.

4. Non-hang decentralized neutral gear. Must be determined well before lifting slings, lifting point is correct.

5. Pneumatic winch of empty row of a good rope, close

the gas source, the brakes in the brake position.

6. Operator action must focus on strengthening the co-ordination with other operators. Must obey the command of the designated officer.

7. Is strictly prohibited without the training of personnel to operate the pneumatic winch.
