摘要
自来水厂的水泵机组很多,这些水泵机组是主要的耗电设备。随着现在工业企业的电价增长,电费成为了自来水厂的主要成本支出。对水泵机组进行技术改造,提高水泵的供水效率,减少电能的损耗是有效地降低电费的途径。对于新建的自来水厂,可以提前根据管网的工况特性合理选择水泵形式及参数。而对于像芥园水厂这样的老水厂,对于旧泵组的节能改造是最有效的办法。
论文的主要工作如下:
1.结合国内外的水厂改造工程的实例,探讨水泵机组改造的方式方法,综合分析各种方法,确定不同方法的特点及适用场合。
2.根据芥园水厂的送水泵组的现状,分析水泵的参数与管网工况的匹配情况。找出送水泵组能耗高的原因,根据水泵的具体情况考察可用的改造方法。
3.探讨变频调速装置在水泵改造中的应用,结合芥园水厂的实际情况,提出多个泵组改造的方案。通过对不同泵组改造方案的经济性和可行性比较,最终确定采用更换新泵组并加装变频调速的方案。
4.利用网络计划技术对泵组改造工程进行规划,保证了工程工期,并使资源得到充分和有效的利用,为企业创造了良好的经济效益。

ABSTRACT
A water plant is usually equipped with several pump sets, which are major power-consumed equipments. With the increase of power tariff for industrial enterprises nowadays, the power costs have become significant costs for the water plant. Therefore, the technology reformation of pump sets, enhancement of pumping system efficiency, and reducing energy loss will be the key to reduce power tariff. For the new water plants, water pump type and specifications could be selected to fit the characteristics of pipe network. However, for the outmode water plants just like Jieyuan, the energy-saving reconstruction for the pumping system will be the most effective way.
The papers main work is as follows:
1.With the instances of water plant renovation projects at home and abroad, a lot of reconstruction projects of the pump sets are explored; comprehensive comparison of various methods is done, and the characteristic and suitable occasion of different reconstruction method are recognized.
2.According to Jieyuan Water Plant pump sets situation, the consistent condition of the parameters of the pumps to the pipe network is analyzed, and the reason for the high energy consumption of the pumps is found out, the available reconstruction methods are inspected.
3.Frequency control for water pump set is investigated, and combined with the actual situation of Jieyuan Water Plant,several projects of pump set reconstruction are proposed. By means of comparing economy and feasibility for different projects, the project is at last determined with changing pump sets and retrofitting frequency control.
4.By using network plan technique to plan the project of pump sets reconstruction, the duration of a project is shortened, and the resources are utilized sufficiently and effectively, which creates nice economic benefits for enterprise.
