山楂醇提物灌胃对辐射损伤小鼠造血系统的保护作用

摘要: 目的: 研究山楂醇提物灌胃对辐射损伤小鼠造血系 统 的 保 护 作 用 。 方 法: 实 验 组 以 不 同 剂 量 山 楂 醇 提 物 给 小 鼠 灌 胃 , 18 天 分 别 测 定 单纯照射组( IR 组) 灌相应量生理盐水, 灌胃 5 d 后全组小鼠均接受 6Gy 的 X 射线一次全身照射, 持续灌胃 到 第 12 、 WBC 、 PLT 、 Hb 含量, 体重, 静脉血 RBC 、 骨髓有核细胞数 、 骨髓 DNA 含量 。 结果: 不同剂量的山楂醇提物组与 IR 组比较, 各给药 + 2 组存在统计学差异( P < 0. 05 ) , 照射组的体重 、 血红蛋白 、 骨髓 DNA 含量 、 骨髓有核细胞数明显升高, 其中均以 HD ( 高剂量) + IR 组升高最为明显 。 结论: 山楂醇提物中的活性成分对辐射损伤小鼠的血红蛋白 、 骨髓有较明显保护作用 。 关键词: 山楂; 灌胃; 造血系统; 辐射损伤; 保护作用 中图分类号: R285 . 5 文献标识码: B 3250 ( 2013 ) 01005404 文章编号: 1006-

Yunnan Institute of Chinese Medicine , Kunming 650118 ,China ) Abstract : Objective : To investigate the radioprotective effects of the ethanol extract from Crataegus by intragastric administration on hematopoietic system of mice from radiation injury. Methods : Experimental groups received intragastric administration of drugs at different doses ,and Irradiation ( IR ) group was administratered with the same amount of Normal Saline. After intragastric administration for 5 days , all mice were irradiated with 6 Gy of x-ray. Then the intragastric administration were followed for up to 12 days. At day 18 ,mice body weights ,RBC ,WBC ,PLT and Hb contents from venous blood ,the number of mouse bone marrow nucleated cells and bone marrow DNA contents were measured. Results : Compared with IR group , body weights , Hb contents and bone marrow DNA contents in experimental groups were significantly increased ( P < 0. 05 ) ,especially in High dose + irradiation ( HD + IR ) group. Conclusion : The active ingredient of the ethanol extract from Crataegus has radioprotective effects on Hb and bone marrow of mice obviously.
