摘要：目的:探讨针灸推拿联合康复训练在治疗脑梗死偏瘫患者治疗中的应用效果。方法:将我院60例进行过治疗脑梗死偏瘫的患者，按照治疗方式的不同将其分为观察组和对照组，每组30例。观察组采取针灸推拿联合康复训练措施,对照组采取常规治疗措施。结果：观察组无效0例，有效30例，治疗有效率100%;对照组无效3例，有效27例，治疗有效率90%。观察组治疗有效率显著高于对照组,且差异较大,存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：将针灸推拿联合康复训练运用于治疗脑梗死偏瘫治疗工作中,充分满足治疗脑梗死偏瘫患者生理和心理上的需求,有助于提高疗效,可帮助治疗脑梗死偏瘫患者治疗及恢复,对临床症状和预后的改善具有良好的促进作用，效果显著，治疗满意度高，值得临床推广与运用。

Effect of acupuncture and moxibustion combined with rehabilitation training on 60 cases of cerebral infarction hemiplegia

Abstract: Objective: To explore the application effect of acupuncture and moxibustion combined with rehabilitation training in the treatment of patients with hemiplegia due to cerebral infarction. Methods: 60 patients with hemiplegia treated by cerebral infarction in our hospital were divided into observation group and control group according to different treatment methods, 30 cases in each group. The observation group took acupuncture and massage combined with rehabilitation training measures, and the control group took conventional treatment measures. RESULTS: In the observation group, 0 cases were ineffective, 30 cases were effective, and the treatment efficiency was 100%. In the control group, 3 cases were ineffective, 27 cases were effective, and the treatment efficiency was 90%. The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: Acupuncture and moxibustion combined with rehabilitation training is used in the treatment of hemiplegia due to cerebral infarction. It fully satisfies the physiological and psychological needs of patients with hemiplegia due to cerebral infarction, and helps to improve the curative effect. It can help treat the treatment and recovery of patients with hemiplegia due to cerebral infarction. The improvement of clinical symptoms and prognosis has a good promoting effect, the effect is remarkable, the treatment satisfaction is high, and it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.

Key words: acupuncture and massage combined with rehabilitation training; treatment of hemiplegia due to cerebral infarction; patient 当大脑的血液供应受损时，它会引起大脑缺血缺氧，导致脑组织缺血性软化和坏死，导致机体功能障碍，最终导致脑梗塞[1]。本文就针灸推拿联合康复训练在治疗脑梗死偏瘫患者治疗中的应用的相关情况进行介绍。

1资料与方法

1.1一般资料

选取本院2016年9月-2017年9月期间收治的进行过治疗脑梗死偏瘫的患者60例。按照治疗方式的不同将所有进行过治疗脑梗死偏瘫的患者分为观察组和对照组，每组30例。观察组中，男15例，女15例；年龄39-71岁，平均（46.9±6.2）岁。对照组中，男14例，女16例；年龄37-73岁，平均（47.3±6.5）岁。两组进行过治疗脑梗死偏瘫的患者的性别、年龄及病情等一般资料经统计学处理，无显著性差异（P>0.05），具有可比性。

1.2方法

对照组采取常规治疗措施。患者常规应用阿司匹林、硝苯地平控释片、阿托伐他汀以及基础治疗,根据患者的病情状况,为其制定科学的康复训练方案,内容主要有急性期的卧位平衡训练、坐姿训练、健肢主动活动、步行训练、腰腹肌活动等,恢复期的个人卫生训练、吃饭、穿衣等日常活动训练,同时视患者的实际情况指导做适量的站立训练、上下楼梯训练。

观察组采取针灸推拿联合康复训练措施。在对照组的基础上加用针灸推拿疗法,。选择患者的足三里穴、臂臑穴、风市穴、三阴交穴、手三里穴、太冲穴、血海穴、肩髑穴、曲池穴进行针灸。失语和口角歪斜增加内关穴、廉泉穴,吞咽障碍增加哑门穴和通里穴。推拿结束后,予以红外线照射治疗,15min/次[2]。

采取SPSS11．0软件包进行统计学分析，计量资料用均数±标准差(x±s)表示，采用t检验和χ2检验，P＜0.05为差异有统计学意义。

2.结果

观察采用常规治疗和针灸推拿联合康复训练措施后两组进行过治疗脑梗死偏瘫的患者恢复情况,观察组30例中,对于针灸推拿联合康复训练措施后的效果,无效0例，有效30例，治疗有效率100%;对照组30例中,无效3例，有效27例，治疗有效率90%。观察组治疗有效率显著高于对照组,且差异较大,存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。见表1。

3.讨论

对于脑梗塞患者，偏瘫是常见症状。通过康复训练，可有效改善患者的关节功能和肌肉活动频率，减少患肢肌肉萎缩或瘫痪的发生，从而
