摘要

随着人民生活水平的提高，宽敞人民群众选择在市区买房，这就意味着对物业治理的要求也会逐渐加大，传统的物业治理已不满足住户的需求。这就要求小区物业治理者打破常规，从宏观和细微两个方面对物业进行治理。随着小区占地面积的增大和住户的增多，这就意味着传统的治理模式任务艰巨，工作量较大。依靠人工物业治理不光工作效率低，易泄露住户隐私，同时大量文件和数据，如此对更新，查找和维护给治理者带来了许多的困难，是以，用计算机系统来治理小区物业已成为必要。

小区物业治理系统，采纳了B/S模式，利用网络和数据库技术，开发了多用户的小区物业治理系统。本系统页面简单，功能齐全，容易上手。本系统的开发平台为Visual Studio 2010,开发语言 C#，数据库治理软件 SQL Server 2005。

Abstract

With the development of economy and the improvement of people's living standard ，More and more popular with the masses of the residential area and the management of the property management requirements are also gradually increased.The traditional property management has not meet the needs of the residents.This requires that residential property managers break the normal procedure to property management, from the macro and micro two aspects.

With the increase in the number of residential tenants and the expansion of the scale, which means that the traditional manual management more difficult, heavy workload.Rely on artificial management not only the working efficiency is low, confidentiality poor, and a large number of documents and data, so to find and update maintenance to the management brought a lot of difficulties. Therefore, using computer system to residential property management has become a necessary.

Residential property management system, the use of network and database technology, the use of the B/S model, the development of multi user community property management system.This system page is simple, the function is complete easy to use. The platform for the development of the system is Visual studio 2010 Development language for C# Database management software SQL Server 2005.
