仲裁不同于友好协商和诉讼法律。

仲裁是在双方自愿的情况下将纠纷提交第三方仲裁；而协商是买卖双方直接谈判，不需要第三方介入；诉讼法律则是在没有事先达成一致的情况下，索赔者提出控告被诉人。

1-3仲裁条款的内容按照规定，仲裁条款应规定纠纷受理的仲裁裁判所，实际上就是仲裁地点。

仲裁地点是非常重要的，也是双方都关心的。

合同也应该规定仲裁的人数及人选，仲裁费用的负担，以及仲裁的范围，以免各方当事人只把仲裁范围限定到合同的某些部分，或者某些纠纷的具体方面。

合同也可以规定仲裁适合于合同产生的任何冲突。
