From the documentation you can see thatthisis only a default value.This note is meant as an explanation since many customers expect an effectof this Customizing setting on the operating activity.SolutionOnly the MRP indicator (MARD-DISKZ) on the MRP view in the material master of the respective material for this storage location defines the planningof a storage location.If you assume an error in the planning of a storage location, you shouldcheck this indicator.The setting in Transaction OMIR is only meant as a default value. If youcreate a material master record for this storage location, the indicatorset in Transaction OMIR is transferred automatically as a default value tothe field for the storage location MRP. However, you can always overwritethis manually.If you change the Customizing indicator, the indicator is not updatedin all material master records. Consequently, you cannot achieve a direct changeof the MRP by changing the Customizing indicator.OSS ReplyAs explained in note 386491, the setting in Transaction OMIR is onlymeant as a default value. MRP策略按库存生产需求来源:1.销售订单2.独立需求oVB重订货点=交期(天数)*每天的消耗数量+安全库存策略:按库存生产(Make-to-stock)按订单生产(make-to-order) 按订单生产特殊类型(make-to-order-specific final assembly)按库存生产: 10 11 30 40 70 59按库存生产:理解为在没有销售订单的情况下去生产。

有关验证的术语、缩略语由于各个国家GMP发展的不平衡,验证涉及的专业领域较宽,制药、食品等不同领域的工程技术人员往往按照他们自己的经验来描述同一概念的事物,因此在一段时间内验证术语的使用出现过混乱。
例如,一些人员讲灭菌设备的验证,它的本意是指灭菌设备性能的一般确认,尚没有涉及工艺条件,实际生产中采用的工艺条件通常以程序来描述,如115℃,35min,这样的程序必须在设备及工艺要求相结合的条件下方能验证。
这种状况不利于同行之间的交流。
为方便读者理解与验证相关的一些名词的含义,本章从WHOGMP 1992、美国cGMP及《制药工艺验证》等材料中收集了一些常见而又易混淆的名词,对它们的含义作简要的解释。
