企业全面预算管理存在的问题及对策研究
.摘要：全面预算管理是现代企业重要方法和手段,能帮助管理者进行计划、协调、控制和业绩评价。
全面预算管理作为一种有效、全面的管理模式，已日益受到我国企业的高度重视，但在实际的实施中存在一些误区。
本文从全面预算管理的基本相关理论出发，理论结合实际，对南通力威机械有限公司全面预算管理的现状进行分析，探询其中存在的问题，并为其提出了切实可行的改进措施，以期对提高南通力威机械有限公司全面预算管理的效率和水平有一定的促进作用。关键词：
