一.概述
CS型泵系单级、双级、泵壳中开的卧式离心泵,供吸送清水或物理化学性质类似于水
的其它液体,被吸送液体最高度不超过80℃。

CS型泵主要适用于工厂、矿山、城市给水、电站、水利工程、农田灌溉及排涝等。

型号意义:
250 CS 65 A
叶轮外径切割标记
扬程为65米
单级双吸卧式离心泵
泵进口直径为250
I.General Description
Type CS pumps are single stage, double suction with horizontally split casings. They are suitable for pumping clean water or liquid similar to it in physical and chemical properties at a temperature not exceeding 80℃.
Type CS pumps are adoptable in factories, mines, water works, power stations, hydraulic engineering, irrigation or drainage services in agriculture, etc.
The nomenclature of the model is based on its size and characteristic. For example:
250 CS 65 A
Impeller diameter once cut to meet the required parameters
Head 65m
Single-stage, double-suction, horizontal centrifugal pump
Diameter of the suction nozzle is 250mm
二.结构说明
从联轴器端看,CS型泵均为顺时针方向旋转。

用户如需要逆时针方向旋转的泵,必须
在订货时特殊提出。

CS型泵的主要零部件有:泵体、泵盖、叶轮、轴、双吸密封环、轴套、轴承部件与联
轴器部件等。

除轴的材料为优质碳钢外,其余主要零件为铸铁制成。

泵壳制成水平中开,泵的吸入口与吐出口均铸在下半部泵体上,泵盖以螺尾锥销定位,
与泵体配合。

检查泵壳内部时,只要拆开泵盖,毋须拆卸进出水管路。

泵体的进出水法兰上,
有安装真空表与压力表的管螺纹孔。

在进出水法兰的底部有放水用的螺塞。

叶轮经过静平衡校验,用轴套与两侧轴套螺母固定在泵轴上,其轴向位置用轴套螺母进
行调整。

叶轮设计成对称,液体从两测进入叶轮,可以平衡轴向力,倘有剩余轴向力,则由轴端轴承来承受。

泵轴的两侧由轴承支承,轴承装在轴承体内,用黄油润滑。

泵以弹性联轴器与电动机直接联接。

如泵用皮带传动,必须另设支架支承皮带轮。

双吸密封环,以其与叶轮的间隙,来减少压水室内的液体漏回吸水室。

密封环保护泵壳免于磨损,本身为易损零件,磨损后可以备件更换。

轴封采用软填料密封,为了冷却润滑密封腔和防止空气漏入泵内,在填料之间装有填料环,水泵工作时少量高压水通过泵盖中开面上的梯形凹槽流入料腔,起水封作用。

填料处液体的渗漏,以每分钟10滴至20滴为适当。

CS型泵的进水口径小于300毫米(包括300毫米)或电动机功率小于90千瓦时,可配带公共底座,订货时应予以说明。

II.Construction
Viewed from the driving end, all the CS pumps are rotating in clockwise direction. Pumps of counter-clockwise rotation can only be supplied upon special request.
The main components of CS pump are listed as follows: lower half casing, upper half casing, impeller, shaft, double suction sealing, shaft sleeves, bearing housings and couplings.
The volute casing is split on the horizontal centerline with the suction and discharge nozzle cast integral with the pump casing. The upper casing is accurately located on the lower half by the use of dowel pins. The upper casing can be removed to inspect the interior of the pump without disturbing the pipe connections or pump alignment. The suction and discharge flanges contain tapped holes for vacuum and pressure gauge. At the bottom of the flanges, there are tapped plugs for water drainage.
The impeller has been balanced statically. It is securely keyed to the shaft and adjusted to proper axial position by the shaft sleeves and external shaft nuts. The impeller is a double-suction enclosed type. It is hydraulically balanced by its inherent design. In case there is some slight residual thrust, it can be carried up by the bearing on the shaft end.
Each pump shaft is provided with two roller bearing mounted in the bearing housings at both ends. They are single row, deep-groove type, being lubricated with grease.
The flexible couplings connect the pump with the motor directly. For pumps driven by belt, there must be an intermediate bracket fitted for supporting the belt pulley.
The close running fit between the wearing rings and the impeller minimizes the leakage of water back into the suction part. The rings protect the casing from wearing and can be promptly replaced with the spare parts when they have been worn out.
The shaft sleeves extend through the stuffing boxes. They protect the shaft from wearing. The sleeves can be renewable with the spare parts after worn out.
The shaft seal is soft packing. The stuffing ring is fit between the packing in order to prevent air from leaking into the pump and to cool and lubricate sealing case, and while the pump is working, a small amount of high-pressured water flows into the packing case through the concave notch on the pump cover to function as water seal.
The appropriate leakage from the packing case is at 10 to 20 drops per minute.
When the diameter of the suction nozzle is not larger than 300mm, or, the motor power is lower than 90kw/h, the pump set will be completed with common bedplate, which should be specified when an order is made.
三.装配与拆卸
1.装配转子部件:依次将叶轮、轴套、轴套螺母、填料套、填料环、填料压盖、挡水圈、轴承部件装在泵轴上,并套上双吸密封环,然后装上联轴器;
2.分别检查转子部件上叶轮的密封部件外圆,轴套外圆径向跳动应不超过下表的规定:
3.将转子部件装在泵体上,调整叶轮的轴向位置到两侧双吸密封环的中间加以固定,将轴承体压盖由固定螺钉紧固。

4.装上填料、放好中开面纸垫,盖上泵盖,拧紧螺尾锥销后,拧紧泵盖螺母,最后装上填料压盖。

但不要将填料压得太紧,填料过紧会使轴套发热,同时耗用功率大;
也不要压得太松,填料过松液体渗漏大,水泵效率降低,所以应在运行时予以调节。

装配完成后,用手转动泵轴,没有擦碰现象,转动比较轻滑均匀即可。

拆卸可按上述装配顺序相反地进行。

III.Assembly and Disassembly
1.Assemble keys, impeller, sleeves, sleeve nuts packing rings, and block water ring in
order onto the pump shaft. Afterwards add the suction seal ring, and then the bearing part
and coupling.
2.Individually inspect the radial run-out of the excircle of both the impeller seal and the
sleeve on the rotor part, which is not allowed to exceed its provisions as follows:
3.Assemble the rotor part and studs onto the pump casing, and well install the bearing
gland and tighten it with bolts, then you can adjust the axial position of the impeller with shaft sleeve nuts up to middle flow passage of the pump casing and tighten it.
4.Feed the packing into the packing box, place the paper lining, cover the pump, hammer
the taper pin tightly with external thread. Screw the nuts on the pump cover and mount the packing gland. Tightness of the packing must be suitable (if too tight, the shaft sleeve would be over heated, and more power would be consumed; if too loose, the leakage of liquid would occur from here, and thus would decrease the pump efficiency.)
5.After finish assembling the pump, turn the rotor with hands, it should run flexible and
smooth without blocking and rubbing. That is OK! And then you can operate it freely.
(Disassemble it according to the reverse order of assembling)
四.安装
1.检查水泵和电机应无损坏;
2.水泵的安装首先要满足装置汽蚀余量NPSHa大于泵的必须汽蚀余量NPSHr,使泵在运行时不发生汽蚀。

基础尺寸应符合泵机组的安装尺寸;
3.安装顺序:
(1)将水泵放在埋有地脚螺栓的混凝土基础上,用调整其间的楔形垫块的方法校正水平,并适当拧紧地脚螺栓,以防走动;
(2)在基础与泵底脚之间灌注混凝土;
(3)待混凝土干固后,拧紧地脚螺栓,并重新检查水泵的水平度;
(4)校正电动机轴与水泵轴的同心度,使两轴成一直线,在两联轴器外圆上的不同心度允差为0.1毫米,端面间隙沿圆周的不均匀允差为0.3毫米(在联
接进出水管路及试运行后再分别校核一遍,仍应符合上述要求);
(5)在检查电动机转向与水泵转向相一致后,装上联轴器的联接柱销;
4.进出水管路应另设支撑,不得藉泵本体支撑;
5.水泵与管路之间的结合面应保证良好的气密性,尤其是进水管路必须保证严格的不漏气,并且在装置上无窝存空气的可能;
6.如水泵安装在进水水位以上时,为了灌泵起动,一般可装底阀,也可采用真空引水方法;
7.水泵与出水管路之间一般需装闸和止回阀(扬程小于20米的可不用)。

止回阀装在闸后面。

以上所述的安装方法是指不带公共底座的水泵机组。

对配带公共底座的泵机组的安装,只要调整底座与混凝土基础之间的楔形垫铁来校正泵机组的水平,然后于其间灌注混凝土。

其安装原则与要求和不配带公共底座的泵机组安装相同。

IV.Installation
1.Check whether the pump and the motor are in good condition.
2.Make sure that the value of NPSH must be greater than the one that have been given, and
its foundation dimensions should be in conformity with the installation drawing.
3.The steps of installation:
(1)Place the pump on the concrete foundation where some foot bolt holes are pre-built,
correct the horizontal and the coaxial degree between the pump shaft and the motor
shaft by means of adjusting the wedge-shaped cushion, then fully pour the concrete
into all the foot bolt holes.
(2)After the concrete is solidified, again correct the coaxial degree in the excircles of
the two couplings, the tolerance is not more than 0.1mm, the tolerance of the
inhomogeneous degree of the clearance between two end faces along the circle is
0.3mm, Re-exam the precision after tightening the foot nuts, finally, pour concrete
fully under the foot of the pump and the motor except the around of the wedge
shaped cushion.
(3)After check the rotary direction of the motor that is now in keeping with that of the
pump, you can install the connecting parallel pin of the coupling.
4. A bracket instead of the pump casing should support the inlet pipe and outlet pipe.
5.The combination between the pump and the pipe must be kept good sealing, especially
no leakage of air occurs from the inlet pipe and no air possibly remained in it in the cause
of installation.
6.If the pump is installed above the suction water level. It should be equipped foot valve
for pouring water and driving and it also can suck water by a vacuum pump.
All the above-mentioned methods and requirements are suitable for the pump set without common bedplate; for the pump set with common bedplate, you can also refer to the above mention methods.
五、起动、停止和运行
1.起动与停止:
(1)起动前,转动泵机组转子应该轻滑均匀;
(2)关闭出水闸阀,灌泵(如无底阀则用真空泵抽空气引水),要保证泵内充满水,无空气窝存;
(3)如果泵上装有真空表或压力表,要关闭其与泵连接管路上的旋塞再起动电动机,待转速正常后再打开;然后逐渐打开出水闸阀,如流量过大,可以适当地关闭
闸阀进行调节,尽量使泵运行工况接近泵的设计点。

(4)均匀地拧紧填料压盖上的压紧螺母,使液体呈滴状流出,同时注意填料腔处的温升;
(5)当停止水泵运转时,要先关闭真空表及压力表的旋塞和出水管路上的闸阀,然后切断电动机电源。

当所处环境温度低于0℃时,则应将泵体下部的四方螺塞
打开,去掉剩水,以免冻裂;
(6)长期停止使用时,应拆开水泵,将零件上的水擦开,在加工表面涂上防锈油保管好。

2.运转:
(1)水泵轴承最高温度不应超过75℃;
(2)润滑轴承用的钙基黄油的数量以占轴承体空间的1/3~1/2为宜;
(3)填料磨损时可适当压紧填料压盖,若磨损过多应予以更换;
(4)定期检查弹性联轴器部件,注意泵和电机轴承温升;
(5)运转过程中,如发现噪声或其他不正常的声音时,应立即停车,检查原因,加以消除;
(6)不得任意提高泵的转速,但可降低转速,如本型泵额定转速n,流量Q,扬程H,功率N,倘若降低转速为n1,则流量为Q1,扬程为H1,功率为N1,其相互关
系可用下列公式换算: Q1= Q(n n 1)、 H1= H 21⎪⎭⎫ ⎝⎛n n 、 N1= N 3

⎫ ⎝⎛n n V. Starting Stopping and Operation
Starting and stopping:
1. Before starting, turn the rotor, it should run flexible.
2. Close the discharge valve, pour water into the pump (if no foot valve, use a vacuum
pump for sucking water instead). Be sure the pump is full of water and no air remained
in it.
3. If there is a vacuum gauge installed on the pump, the cocks on the pipes should be turned
off. Then start the motor. It is not allowed to turn on the discharge valve until the running
speed is normal, and then open gradually the brake valve until the sucked water of the
two sides reach balancing.
4. Screw properly the nuts on the packing gland so as to minimize the leakage of liquid as
little as possible, at the same time, pay attention to the temperature rise of the packing
case.
5. Before stopping the pump, first turn off the cocks of the vacuum gauge and manometer
and the brake valve on the discharge pipe. If the ambient temperature is low, the coach
under the pump casing should be loosened to drain away the rest water so as to keep the
pump casing from being split by frost.
6. If it will not be used for a long time, the pump must be disconnected and all the parts
should be kept dry, and smeared on the machining face with rust-proof grease oil.
Running:
1. The temperature of the pump bearing should not exceed 75℃.
2. The suitable amount of the good Ca-based grease used to lubricate the bearing occupies
1/3 to 1/2 space of the bearing body, and it should be changed periodically.
3. When the packing became worn, tighten the packing gland properly or change it if it is
necessary.
4. Check the flexible coupling part, be watchful to the temperature rise of motor bearing.
5. During operation, if any noise or abnormal sounds are heard, stop the pump immediately,
and find out the cause, then clear up.
6. It is not allowed to increase the running speed wantonly, but you can decrease the
running speed of the pump for the purpose of working. The performance parameters of
