Article 3: Labour Protection & Working Conditions
Non-fixed Hours System: Party B may arrange working hours, rest schedule by himself provide d that Party B can guarantee the fulfilment of the working objectives required by Party A.
The Parties agree to apply the Fixed hours System. However, Party A reserves the right to chang e the working hour system for business reasons. In such case, Party B will be notified in writing of such working hours system change.
Article 4：award and punishment
If any part didn’t accomplish the contract’s regulations with the star level part A B can add new regulations.
