亚临床甲状腺功能亢进症(SH)是一种特 殊类型的甲状腺功能亢进症，需在排除其它 能够抑制促甲状腺素(TSH)水平的疾病的前提 下，依赖实验室检查结果才能诊断，即血清 游离三碘甲腺原氨酸 （FT3）、游离甲状腺素 （FT4）正常，但是TSH减低。
