小型榨油机造型设计

摘要

地沟油事件震惊了所有人，大部分人都在不知情的情况下食用了成分不同的地沟油。食品不安全，引发了人们对健康问题的思考。如何杜绝这种情况的发生，让人们吃上纯净安心的食用油是社会上的一大问题。

小型榨油机的产生是人们对健康高度重视的体现，是社会发展的需求，能帮助人们提高生活的质量水平。智能小型榨油机符合人机工程学设计，操作简单，榨出的油用于食用油，榨出的油渣可以用来煎饼和制作丸子等可口的小吃，充分利用原料，节约资源。挤占有一定市场后会在一定程度上遏制不法分子的行为，减少不法分子的收入，从而减少地沟油的产生。

市场调研后发现，智能小型榨油机现在刚进入市场，大多数公司为了抢占市场，在结构不太完善，外形不太美观的情况下，发售了自己的产品。对智能小型榨油机进行了改进创新：一、对外型做出了创新设计，造型新颖独特，具有设计感；二、将人机工程学应用到产品的设计上来，充分考虑用户的操作方式，改进了榨杆，榨膛与发动机之间的固定方式，更加方便用户的拆卸清洗；三、改进了小型榨油机对环境的和谐性，更加节省空间；四、对产品色彩的改进，市面上大多为无色设计，大胆运用彩色增加产品的美感；

五、采用迄今为止市场上最好的技术，采用匹配的材料，以求达到更好的效果。

通过市场的详细调研，了解产品的发展过程和现状，确定设计定位，绘画草图提出方案，选定方案，然后进行电脑数字化三维建模，绘制出产品外观尺寸图，完成PPT、动画和展示效果图。至此，小型榨油机设计完成。

THE DESIGN OF THE DOMESTIC PRESS

ABSTRACT

With the constant exposure of food safety issues, causing people to think of health issues. Waste oil event surprised everyone, most people are unknowingly eating different components of the waste oil. How to prevent this from happening, so that people eat pure ease of cooking oil is a major problem in society.

So the domestic press is adopted. Major home appliances companies use this opportunity and developed a smart home domestic press is a machine in that you can add your own materials blasted the oil. It provides a guarantee of people's can choose from many kinds of raw materials to produce their desired can be assured to eat their production out of is more healthy.

Through market research found that the domestic press is new in the the product structure is not perfect and less beautiful shape case, most companies offering their products to seize the guidance of teachers,I improved it and made innovation:First of all,I designed the new appearance in new and unique has a sense of ,I apply ergonomics to the design of the domestic full consideration of the user's operation, I improved links between the structures for user-friendly ,I improve the domestic press for environmental design can save more ,most products on the market is a colorless use bold color increase beauty of ,using the best technology to date and the most suitable materials to produce the product for order to achieve better results.

Through a detailed market survey,I understand the development process and the status of the domestic I'm sure the design give some design schemes in the form of a the teacher's guidance I selected I conducted 3d models and drew the device finished the PPT,the animation and the this point, the design of the domestic press is completed.
