语言技能六级目标要求高一的学生应具有以下英语阅读能力:1、能从一般文字资料中获取主要信息和观点;2、能利用上下文和句子结构猜测词义;3、能根据上下文线索推理、预测故事情节的发展;4、能通过不同信息渠道查找所需信息。
三、北京师范大学王蔷教授在谈到学科素养中指出:构建英语学科活动观的意义为:学生基于主题意义的探究,为参与社会活动和解决问题,基于语篇,学习和运用语言知识、语言技能、文化知识和学习策略与他人对话、与文本对话、与个人对话,形成新认知,在解决问题的过程中提高用英语进行理解和表达的意义的能力,塑造正确的文化价值观,实现语言能力、文化意识、思维品质和学习能力等学科素养的协调发展。
四、为提高学生的英语阅读能力和效率,密云区教师研修学院设立了《英语学科核心素养在阅读课设计中的尝试——立体化处理教材挖掘文本深层意义》的课题:来源于教材而又不局限于教材,为学生量身打造课前、课中、课后活动;与此同时,阅读文本的处理着重体现文化感知和品格塑造,发展思维品质和语言学习能力,从表层学习走向深度学习。

Unit2 Reading 教学设计(一)Period 1文本研读课Reading: COME AND EAT HERE (1)设计意图In this period, after the Warming Up, students will first be guided to discuss the healthy problems. Then they will be helped to read a narration entitled COME AND EAT HERE.The Warming up is an important part of this unit. According to the pictures, students discuss the effect that different kinds of food have on human and learn about the relationship between diet and health.The Pre-reading asks students to discuss what should go into a good meal and what to offer to their friends if possible.The Reading briefly narrates the different styles of Wang Peng’s and Yong Hui’s restaurants and the customers’ reactions to different kinds of food to reflect the concern of the modern people about the diet and the pursuit of fashion. Healthy eating for teenagers

青春期是人体发育成长的关键时期,健康的饮食对青少年的成长至关重要。
Teenagers and diet
Teenagers’ diets should sustain (维持) growth and promote good health. During this time, a number of physiological (生理学的) changes occur that affect nutritional (营养上的) needs, including rapid growth and considerable gains in bone and muscle (especially in boys). This is also a time when teenagers begin to develop real independence from their parents, including making decisions about the food they eat. Teenagers often choose food in response to other teenagers’ pressure or as an act to go against parents. It’s not all bad news, as there are many opportunities to encourage healthy eating habits in teenagers, particularly when relating good food choices to sporting or physical power. Ensure there are plenty of healthy choices available at home for healthy meals and snacks.
Foods to choose
Adolescence is a time of rapid growth, and the primary diet need is for energy. Ideally, foods in the diet should be rich in energy and nutrients. So teenagers should be encouraged to choose a variety of foods from the basic food groups: ★Plenty of starchy carbohydrates (含淀粉的碳水化合物) —bread, rice, pasta, breakfast cereals and potatoes.
★Plenty of fruit and vegetables —at least five portions (份) every day.
★Two to three portions of dairy products, such as milk, yoghurt, and cheese.
★Two servings of protein, such as meat, fish, eggs and beans.
★Not too many fatty foods.
★Limit sugar-rich food and drinks.
Other important eating habits to follow during adolescence include:
★Drink six to eight glasses of water a day.
★Eat regular meals, including breakfast, as it can provide necessary nutrients and
improve concentration in the morning.
★Take regular exercise, which is important for fit-ness and cardiovascular (心血管的) health, as well as bone development.。
