4BUnit2Ataparty教学设计unit 2 at a party一、教材解读:(一)教材分析:本单元的主要教学内容是“根据特征认人”。

“认人”是在第一单元所学句型who’s that …? he’s /she’s …基础上进行的拓展练习。

本单元的教学重点是让学生根据人的外貌特征及穿着打扮来认识人,从而学习并掌握who’s the …with …? is that …your …? the one in the …等句型,及相关的家庭成员、身体部位、颜色、服装等单词。

应该说,有了第一单元的教学铺垫,引出本单元的句型是不难的,难就难在后置定语的添加。

在中文中是没有后置定语的,要修饰一个名词,修饰词要放在前面;但在英语中,修饰词既有放在前面的,也有放在后面的,这一点让小学生来判断放前放后是极其困难的。

因此,在教学中,我们可以先采用死记硬背的方法让学生机械记忆后置定语的表达,如:the boy with big eyes, the girl with long hair, the man in a blue shirt, the woman in the green sweater。

重点是让学生根据人的外貌特征及穿着打扮来认人。

难点是区分with和in 的用法。

我们可以通过对比让学生明白,人的外貌特征应该用with而穿着打扮则用in。

同时,本单元容量较大,但像father, mother, grandfather, grandmother, sister等家庭成员类单词已在三年级学过,现已变成四会要求,脸部器官的hair 和eye已学过了,所以我们可以用以旧带新的方法来教本单元的新单词,还可以结合以前所学的内容,系统整理这些单词。
