营销中心绩效考核方案

本指标是评估营销中心的核心业务能力,包括接到的业务订单销售金额。目标值为2100万(不含税),若实际完成比率大于或等于目标值,则得50分;小于目标值时,以实际完成比率乘以分值作为实际得分。

2)新开拓业务合同额(15分)

本指标是评估营销中心的业务拓展能力,包括年度内新签订合同的销售金额。目标值为1000万(不含税),若实际完成比率大于或等于目标值,则得15分;小于目标值时,以实际完成比率乘以分值作为实际得分。

3)应收账款周转率(10分)

本指标是评估营销中心的财务管理能力,包括年度销售收入的应收账款周转率。目标值为2.6,若实际完成比率大于或等于目标值,则得10分;小于目标值时,以实际完成比率乘以分值作为实际得分。

4)新增客户数量(10分)

本指标是评估营销中心的市场拓展能力,包括年度内新增加的客户数量。目标值为20个,若实际完成比率大于或等于目标值,则得10分;小于目标值时,以实际完成比率乘以分值作为实际得分。

5)新增客户收入占比(10分)

本指标是评估营销中心的客户维护能力,包括本年度新增客户的销售收入占销售收入总额的比例。若实际完成比率大于或等于目标值,则得25%的分值;小于目标值时,以实际完成比率乘以分值作为实际得分。

6)市场业务报价控制率(5分)

本指标是评估营销中心的市场竞争能力,包括符合条件的订单金额占市场业务总订单金额的比率。若实际完成比率大于或等于目标值,则得5分;小于目标值时,以实际完成比率乘以分值作为实际得分。

五、考核结果

根据各项指标的得分情况,计算得到总得分。总得分=年度订单销售额得分+新开拓业务合同额得分+应收账款周转率

得分+新增客户数量得分+新增客户收入占比得分+市场业务报价控制率得分。总分最高为100分。考核结果将影响员工的绩效考核及奖励。
