本设计是油-电式混合动力微型客车的总体设计。主要是设计一款低油耗、低排放 的节能环保微型客车。面对目前微型客车的市场状况,展开混合动力微型客车的战略 设计,对提升微型客车企业的竞争力有着十分重要的意义;也是对日益严峻的环境问 题做出了改善。 本设计对混合动力汽车动力系统的结构和工作原理进行了研究,研究了整车工作 的传动系统,底盘以及车身的总体配合关系,按其结构和原理确定了油-电混合动力微 型客车的总体结构和总体方案,并进行混合动力系统中的驱动系统、辅助动力系统和 电池组等部分的设计计算和选型;完成驱动系统的部件选择和参数匹配;研究了制动 能量的回收和利用。文中从整体上阐述了混合动力汽车的工作原理及其控制策略。在 原车基础上完成了混合动力汽车动力系统的设计。进行动力性与经济性的验算,并与 原有微型客车进行比较,验证混合动力各参数选择的合理性和混合动力的优越性。

ABSTRACT
The content is designed general design of oil-electric hybrid microbus .Mainly design of a low oil consumption, low emission of energy conservation and environmental protection miniature passenger cars. Faced with a mini bus on the market situation, hybrid miniature buses to ascend the strategic design, mini bus the competition ability of the enterprise has a very important significance; Also to the increasingly serious environmental problem made improvement. This design for hybrid cars power system structure and working principle of a study, work the vehicle driving system and the overall coordination body chassis and according to its structure and the relationship between the principle, determine the oil - electric hybrid mini bus the general structure and the overall plan and make hybrid system of drive systems, auxiliary power system and the part such as design and calculation of the battery and the choice; Complete driving system component selection and matching parameters; Research the braking energy and recycling. This paper expounded from whole hybrid car on the working principle and control strategy. Based on the original car completed a hybrid car dynamic system design. The dynamic performance and efficiency are checked, and compared with the original mini bus, validation hybrid each parameter selection of rationality and the hybrid's superiority.
