人事经理面前,大学毕业生们越来越“职业化”,面对考官,他们开始在言谈举止上“包装”自己,仿佛每一个都是面试高手、久经沙场。

然而,在准备面试时,真的需要把自己演练成“职场老手”吗?注意:言谈举止反映内在上海人才有限公司的咨询专家李健对记者说,从心理学的角度来看,一个人的言谈举止反映的是他(她)的内在修养,比如,一个人的个性、价值取向、气质、所学专业……不同类型的人,会表现出不一样的行为习惯,而不同公司、不同部门,也就在面试中通过对应聘者言谈举止的观察,来了解他们的内在修养、内在气质,并以此来确定其是否是自己需要的人选。

曾任多家公司人事总监的李健说,面试能否成功,是在应聘者不经意间被决定的,而且和应聘者的言谈举止很有关系。

有经验的HR在招收新人的时候,一眼就能看出应聘者是否是自己需要的,他(她)的气质、个性是否适合在自己的公司工作,而这些内在素质,都会在平常的言谈举止中流露出来。

从应聘者踏进大门的那一刻起,面试官就开始考察他(她)的举止言行:怎样和面试人员握手、打招呼,怎么样递送自己的简历,用什么样的坐姿,这些不经意间完成的动作都在公司的考察范围之内。

勘误:毕业生不必过于“职业”经常可以看到这样的情况,刚从校园走出的大学生,穿着刚买来或借来的西装,踌躇满志地走进某公司的面试办公室,在面对考官的时候,他们口若悬河,并不时蹦出一个个连专业人士也不经常使用的“凶悍”词汇,仿佛这样才够成熟、够“职业”。

李健说,大学生就是大学生,人事经理一眼就能看出你有没有经验。

既然公司准备招收应届毕业生,就有这样的心理准备,知道自己面对的肯定是没有太多经验的新人。

而现在有很多的毕业生,为了显示自己的能力,为了让自己显得不太稚嫩,往往用很“职业”的语言和举止来“包装”自己,装得像那么回事也就算了,要是装得不像,会让面试官感到“很奇怪”,看了“不舒服”。

比如做一个Presentation,有经验的工作人员来做和刚刚毕业的大学生来做,无论是时间的安排,还是词汇的运用,一定都有很大的区别,给人的感觉会完全不一样。

大学生首先要承认自己本来就经验不足,而不是“装”作有经验,如果一味地学习别人,反而把自己的本性给掩盖了,给面试人员不自然的感觉。

信心:好心可能办坏事有的时候,毕业生们过于“职业”的言谈举止是为了增加自己的信心。

有信心是好事,但是人事经理看重的信心来自于你的专业和你的能力,而不是来自你咄咄逼人的言语和过分包装的举止。

在回答面试官问题的时候,很多毕业生往往对自己的能力估计过高,喜欢在自己的答案里用上太多的修饰,甚至随意夸大自己的能力,对思考的严密、答案的客观却不太重视,当提问更加深入的时候,他们常常又不能自圆其说。

面试时表现出一定的信心是会受到人事经理肯定的,但如果一言一行中显得太过自信,就会让人觉得你太过有“攻击性”,不善于和别人合作。

大学毕业生在准备面试言谈举止的时候,有一个准则,就是放低自己的姿态,不要为了显示自己的信心而过分表现,更不要言过其实。

建议:言谈举止如何准备言谈举止由内在决定,但这并不意味着面试前无法准备,特别是对于没有面试经验的毕业生们,适当的“包装”还是需要的。

咨询专家李健给出了以下几点建议,大家可以按照建议事先“演习”。

1、不要擅自走进面试房间.如果没有人通知,即使前面一个人已经面试结束,应聘者也应该在门外耐心等待;如果面试时间到了,进房间之前应先敲门。

2、握手要有“感染力”。

面试前的握手是一个“重头戏”,因为不少企业把握手作为考察一个应聘者是否专业、自信的依据。

如果先前没有太多和别人握手的经验,可以事先练习一下。

注意,握手不要有气无力,而要让对方感受到你的热情,要有“感染力”。

3、递名片要把握时机。

如果有名片,在递给面试人员的时候要把握时机,如果你的面试官双手都是你的资料,千万不要急着送上自己的名片,以免显得不成熟;将名片调转180度递给对方,方便别人的阅读。

4、坐姿也有讲究.有两种坐姿不可取:一是紧贴着椅背坐,二是只坐在椅边。

这两种坐法,一个显得太放松,另一个则太紧张,都不利于面试的进行。

建议最好坐满椅子的三分之二,保持轻松自如的姿势。

5、始终保持用眼神交流。

面试一开始就要留心自己的身体语言,特别是自己的眼神,对面试人员应全神贯注,目光始终聚焦在面试人员身上,在不言之中,展现出自信及对对方的尊重。

你现在是干什么的?你将来要干什么?你过去是干什么的?这三个问题不是按时间顺序从过去到现在再到将来,而是从现在到将来再到过去。

其奥妙在于:如果你被雇用,雇主选中的是现在的你,他希望利用的是将来的你,而这将来又基于你的历史和现状。

所以,第一个问题,你是干什么的?现在是干什么的?回答这个问题,要点是:你是你自己,不是别的什么人。
