二、课程简介（Course Descriptions）

学生通过该课程实验，掌握网络金融、电子货币、网络支付业务等概念，理

解网络金融的具体涵义、特征、支撑网络平台、基本运作模型和网络支付方式的

分类，明确网络金融相关的安全网络支付技术手段和服务与营销策略，掌握网络

银行、网络保险、网络证券、新型互联网金融的基本运行模式及应用，探讨互联

网金融的监管思路。通过学习，不但使学生对电子商务的网络支付方式的运行机

制比较了解，而且学生对目前或未来适合中国的网络支付方式发展有一定的分析

能力。
