[摘要]现实生活中,媒体无处不在,我们的信息大多数来源于媒体,从某种意义上说,媒体的力量已经壮大到了我们不曾想象到的地步。从口头传播,到文字传播,现在是多媒体多途径传播,新的传播方式和古老的传播方式融合。一个随时传播影响声音的时代、无孔不入的新闻时代、资讯时代应运而生,我们已经进入了一个崭新的传媒时代。同时,媒体作为社会信息的承载者和传播者,应该具有相应的责任,而作为新闻信息流永不干涸、永不停息的推动力,记者的角色定位与作用也就显得十分重要,而新闻事件的报道离不开新闻记者的实地采访及新闻追踪,为了能及时准确的报道新闻事件,抵御虚假新闻、失实报道,加强记者职业道德固然重要,但科学有效的记者绩效考核体系,是解决问题的关键。一可以激励鼓励新闻记者积极工作,做好政府的喉舌,为老百姓讨公道;二可以从绩效考核中发现问题并能够得到及时解决,以达到电视台与新闻记者的双赢局面。然而国内媒体不注重对记者的绩效考核或者考核过于形式化,无法实现电视台与新闻记者的双赢。本文旨在通过对攀枝花电视台现行的绩效考核方法及现状进行分析,针对绩效考核方法出现的问题提出解决对策。

[Abstract] In real life, the media everywhere, our most of the information from the media, said from some kind of significance, the power of the media has grown to we never imagined. From the oral transmission, to the word spread, is now the multimedia transmission, a new transmission modes and the old mode of transmission fusion. A readily spread effect of the sound era, get in by every opening news times, emerge as the times require information era, we have entered a new era of mass media. At the same time, the media as a social information capacity and the disseminator, should have the corresponding responsibility, and as news and information flow will never empty, the unceasing impetus, the reporter 's role localization and function also is very important, and news coverage of the event is inseparable from the press interviews and news, to timely accurate coverage of news events, to resist the false news, false reports, enhance reporter occupation morality is important, but the reporter scientific and effective performance appraisal system, is the key to solve the problem. A can of incentives to encourage journalists work actively, make the mouthpiece of the government, for the people to seek justice; two from performance evaluation to find the problem and can be solved in time, in order to achieve television and news reporter win-win situation. However the domestic media does not pay great attention to the reporter's performance appraisal or evaluation too formal, unable to realize the television and news reporter win-win. This paper aims at the Panzhihua TV station the current performance appraisal method and analysis of the status quo, for performance evaluation method put forward solutions to the problems.
