Unit 4 Where is my car?A Let’s learn教学反思相比上一次课,我这节课有了较大进步。
在试课时,由于课型为会话课,需要学生多说多练,但由于紧张和经验不足,我无法把控课堂,自己讲得太多,且太注重课前拟好的教案而忽视了学生的反馈,导致整节课出现教师被学生和教案牵着走的情况,课堂稍显混乱。
经过近一周的反思和学习后,我侧重对控制课堂方面的学习,并把学到的技巧运用到了本次汇报课中,如善于举例,让指令变得清晰;及时表扬上课认真的学生,并批评注意力不集中的学生,以达到警示作用;采用加分制,让学生进行竞争,上课最认真的学生能得到老师的奖励,从而提高学生的学习积极性等。
通过这些方法,课堂在我需要安静的时候安静了下来,在我需要大家积极回答问题的时候积极了起来,整节课变成教师主导而不是学生主导。
不足之处:本次汇报课后,我自省还有许多需要改进的地方,希望下次能把课上得更好。
1、时间安排不妥当,导致某些教学任务无法完成。
这节课中,我用于输入的时间太少,如单词的带读时间太短,Let’s do 部分并没有设置跟读和齐读环节,而输出的时间太长,且输出时间里,学生自行练习的时间少,教师讲的多,很不合理。
2、并没有充分利用板书。
在黄老师的指导和帮助下,我的板书设计比较清晰有逻辑,本可以利用板书完成句型的操练,但是在实际操作中,我并没有利用板书进行操练。
3、关注的学生范围太小。
对比上节课,我这节课更注意观察学生的反馈,但是仍然出现提问范围较窄,在教室内走动的次数和范围小的情况,导致个别坐在角落的学生受到了忽视。
4、较注重加分制度,导致学生太关注分数而影响学习效果。
在课堂上,我几乎为所有回答问题的学生加分,但其实加分只是控制课堂的手段之一,太注重加分反而容易影响学习,我应该只在课堂竞赛环节,或者提问的问题较难时,才利用加分进行鼓励,而不需要每个回答都加分。
