写给约翰的电子邮件介绍自己英语作文全文共3篇示例,供读者参考篇1Dear John,It's me, your new classmate! I'm really excited to be joining your class this semester and to get to know you. Since we'll be spending a lot of time together, I thought I'd take the opportunity to introduce myself properly. My name is Michael Stevens, but everyone just calls me Mike. I'm 18 years old and a freshman here at the university. I was born and raised in a small town called Oakridge, about an hour away from here. It's the kind of place where everyone knows everyone, which has its pros and cons I guess! On the one hand, there's a real sense of community spirit. But on the other hand, it can feel a bit suffocating and like you're living under a microscope at times. I was definitely ready for a change of scenery when it came time to go to college. In terms of my background and family life, I'm an only child and was raised by my mom and dad. My dad owns a plumbing company in Oakridge and my mom works as a nurse at the localhospital. I have a pretty close relationship with both of them, despite going through a bit of a rebellious teenager phase for a couple of years! We've always been a pretty tight-knit family unit though. Some of my best memories are from our summer road trips when I was younger - we'd just pack up the car and drive, stopping wherever looked interesting along the way. Those trips really sparked my love for travel and seeing new places. As for my interests and hobbies, I'm a huge sports fan, especially baseball and football. I played both sports all through high school and was actually scouted by a few colleges for baseball. In the end though, I decided academics had to come first, as hopefully becoming a professional athlete is a long shot!I still try to stay active though through going to the gym, hiking, swimming, that kind of thing. Exercise is hugely important to me for maintaining physical and mental wellbeing.I'm also really into music, especially rock and indie genres. I've been playing guitar since I was 12 and was in a band with some friends back home. Writing and performing our own songs was an incredible creative outlet for me during those angsty high school years! I still play and write music as a hobby, and I'm actually thinking of trying to start a new band here at some point, so let me know if you're a musician too.In terms of other interests, I love reading - mostly fiction novels but I'll give almost any genre a go. I'm a bit of a movie buff too, although I have a terrible habit of analyzing them too deeply rather than just sitting back and enjoying them! I'm a part-time amateur philosopher I guess you could say. I'm one of those people who constantly questions everything and is never really satisfied with a simple explanation for how the world works.Oh, and I should probably mention that I'm a huge fan of stand-up comedy and have been told I have a pretty decent sense of humor myself. I'll admit I can be a bit of a class clown at times and have gotten kicked out of more than a few classes for cracking up the teacher and other students with my hilarious antics! But I always mean it in good fun, I promise. As for why I chose this university and what I hope to get out of it, there were a few factors that drew me here. Firstly, the campus is amazing - I fell in love with the beautiful green spaces and impressive facilities as soon as I stepped foot on the grounds for a tour. It just had such a vibrant, youthful energy that I found really invigorating. The academic programs here are alsotop-notch from what I've heard, especially for my intended major of English Literature. I'm honestly still figuring out exactly what Iwant to do career-wise, but I've always had a love for reading, writing and analyzing texts, so studying literature seemed like the right starting point at least.More than anything though, I think I was just ready for a fresh start and the independence of being on my own for the first time. Don't get me wrong, Oakridge will always be my home and I love my family dearly. But there's a big world out there waiting to be explored, and I want to meet new people, gain different perspectives, and have all the quintessential "college experiences" I've heard so much about. I see this as a chance for me to really discover who I am and what I want out of life.So that's me in a (very large) nutshell! I'm a small town guy with big ambitions, looking to keep an open mind and make the most of this next exciting chapter. I'm a little nervous if I'm being totally honest, but more than anything I'm just thrilled to be here. Let me know if you have any other burning questions for me -I'm an open book! I'm sure we're going to have an awesome time as classmates this semester.Your new friend,Mike篇2Subject: Getting to Know MeDear John,I hope this email finds you well! My name is Emily, and I'm a senior at Oakwood High School. I wanted to reach out and introduce myself since we'll be attending the same university next year. I'm really looking forward to meeting you in person and getting to know you better. To start off, I figured I'd share a little bit about my background and interests. I was born and raised in a small town called Riverdale, which is about an hour away from the city. Growing up in a tight-knit community really shaped who I am today. From a young age, my parents instilled in me the values of hard work, kindness, and perseverance. In terms of my interests, I've always been an avid reader and a bit of a bookworm. There's something about getting lost in the pages of a good book that I find incredibly therapeutic. My favorite genres range from classic literature to young adult fiction, and I even have a soft spot for cheesy romance novels (but you didn't hear that from me!). I'm also a huge fan of music and play the guitar and piano in my free time.Speaking of free time, I try to stay active as much as possible.I was on the track and field team throughout high school, and I absolutely loved the thrill of competition. There's something so empowering about pushing your limits and seeing what you're capable of. Nowadays, I try to go for runs or hit the gym a few times a week to keep up with my fitness routine.Academically, I've always been drawn to the sciences, particularly biology and chemistry. There's something fascinating about unraveling the mysteries of life and understanding the intricate mechanisms that make up our world. I'm still undecided on my major, but I'm leaning towards pursuing a degree in biochemistry or molecular biology. One thing I'm really passionate about is environmental conservation. I've been an active member of our school's environmental club, and we've organized numerous beach clean-ups, tree-planting initiatives, and awareness campaigns. It's heartbreaking to see the impact that human activity has had on our planet, but I'm hopeful that our generation can make a positive difference. In addition to my academic and extracurricular pursuits, I also have a part-time job at a local coffee shop. It's taught me invaluable lessons in time management, customer service, andmultitasking. Plus, it's always nice to have a little extra spending money for those late-night study sessions (or midnight snack runs, let's be real). On a more personal note, I come from a close-knit family with two younger siblings. My parents have always been incredibly supportive of my endeavors, and I credit them for instilling in me a strong work ethic and a desire to continually learn and grow. Family is everything to me, and I cherish the moments we get to spend together, whether it's our weekly movie nights or our annual camping trips.I'm also a firm believer in the power of laughter and maintaining a positive outlook on life. No matter how stressful things get, I try to find the humor in situations and surround myself with people who make me smile. Life is too short to take everything too seriously, you know?Well, I think that's enough about me for now. I don't want to overwhelm you with too much information all at once! I'm really looking forward to starting this new chapter of our lives at university. I'm sure there will be challenges and obstacles along the way, but I'm confident that with hard work and determination, we can achieve our goals. Please feel free to reach out to me if you ever want to grab a coffee or study together. I'd love to hear more about your interests, aspirations, and any advice you might have for a soon-to-be college freshman.Best regards,Emily篇3Subject: Introducing MyselfDear John,How's it going? I hope you're doing well! My name is Michael and I'm a student here on campus. I saw your post on the university forum about looking to make some new friends, and I figured I'd reach out and introduce myself.A little bit about me - I'm a 20-year-old sophomore majoring in Computer Science. I know, I know, total nerd alert! But I've always been fascinated by technology and how it shapes and revolutionizes our world. The way we can use code to build incredibly complex and powerful systems is just mind-blowing to me. I spend a lot of my free time working on personalprogramming projects or just geeking out over the latest tech news.Originally, I'm from a small town a couple hours away from here. It was the kind of place where nothing ever really happened and everybody knew everybody's business. I have to admit, it felt pretty liberating to get away and come to university in the city. There's just so much more life and energy here, you know? Always something new to explore or discover.Speaking of exploring, one of my biggest passions is traveling. Whenever I get the chance, I love packing up a bag and just hitting the road. There's something really exciting about getting out there and experiencing different cultures, foods, landscapes. A few summers ago, I went on a cross-country road trip with some friends and it was honestly one of the most amazing experiences of my life. Cruising down those open highways, stopping wherever looked interesting, meeting friendly strangers along the way - it was pure freedom.I'm also a huge sports nut, especially when it comes to basketball. There's just something so electrifying about the fast pace, the roar of the crowd, those nail-biting final seconds when you're not sure if that last shot is going to go in or not. I try to never miss a home game and I've been known to get alittle...overenthusiastic when cheering on our team (sorry to any neighbors who've had to deal with that). Thinking about maybe trying out for the intramural team this year, though my basketball skills are pretty average at best.In my downtime, you'll usually find me hanging out at one of the local coffee shops around campus. There's just something about the vibe and aroma of a good cafe that I find really comforting and inspiring, you know? It's the perfect environment to get some studying done, work on a coding project, or just kick back with a good book. I'm always on the lookout for new book recommendations too – I'll read pretty much anything from classic literature to non-fiction to cheesy sci-fi novels.Let's see, what else? I'm a bit of a night owl and have a tendency to binge-watch shows way later than I should (don't even get me started on that Game of Thrones finale). I have a major sweet tooth and am constantly getting made fun of by my friends for how much candy and ice cream I consume. I'm also low-key terrified of heights, which has made some hiking trips pretty entertaining for everyone else.Phew, I think that's probably more than enough about me for now! I tend to get a little rambly sometimes (another thing my friends poke fun at me for). Anyway, I'd love to grab a coffeeor a bite to eat sometime and get to know you if you're down! Shoot me a message back whenever and we can figure out a time that works. Talk to you soon!Cheers,Michael。

Today my teacher Mrs. Robinson asked us to write an essay about how to apply for a job by sending an email. I thought it would be really boring at first, but then I remembered my older brother Charlie just got his first job last month by emailing a company. So I decided to write all about it!Sending EmailsFirst, you need to know how to send emails. Emails are like sending letters over the internet instead of through the mail. You type out your message on a computer, phone or tablet and it gets delivered almost instantly to the person you send it to. My mom showed me how to use email when I was 8 years old. She has an email account and I have one too -**************************. Isn't that an awesome email address? To send an email, you open up your email program or website. There's a button that says "Compose" or "New Message." Click on that. A new window or page will open up. At the top, there is a box where you type in the email address of the person you want to send the message to. Then there is a bigger box underneath called the message body where you type out your message. When you're done, you click "Send"!Applying for JobsSo now I know how to send emails, how do I use that for applying for jobs? Well, first you have to find a job you want to apply for. There are websites that list job openings so you can look through them. My brother used a site called to find jobs for teenagers. He didn't have any experience, so he looked for entry-level jobs like being a cashier, dishwasher, or stocking shelves.Once you find a job you're interested in, the posting will probably have instructions on how to apply. A lot of times, it will say "Email your resume to..." and then give an email address. A resume is a document that lists your experiences, education, and skills. I'll have to make one of those someday but for now, Mom still helps me with that kind of stuff. So let's say I wanted to apply for a job as a dog walker. I would send an email to the email address they listed and attach my resume file. But I would also need to write an email message introducing myself. The Job Application EmailOkay, here's how I would write the email to apply for that dog walking job:Subject Line: Dog Walker Position - Jamie ThomsonDear Hiring Manager,My name is Jamie Thomson and I am very interested in the dog walker position listed on . I am a responsible 10-year-old who loves animals. I would be the perfect dog walker! What makes me a great candidate?I already help take care of my neighbor's dogs when they go away by feeding them, giving them water, and playing with them in the backyardI am very energetic and don't mind walking for long periodsMy parents say I am reliable and can follow instructions wellI have flexible availability after school and on weekendsThis job is perfect for me because I am at that age where I am old enough to work, but still young enough to have a ton of energy. Dogs need a lot of exercise and playtime, which I can provide. I handle dogs with care and responsibility.I have attached my resume with more details about my pet sitting experience and other activities. Thank you for your consideration. I look forward to hearing from you!Sincerely,Jamie ThomsonIsn't that a great email? Short but detailed. I highlighted my qualifications for the job and why I would be a good fit. And I threw in a bit of my personality too so they can see I'm a kid who is enthusiastic and eager to work.My brother says the email is one of the most important parts of applying because it's the first impression I'll give the employer. So I need to make sure it is formatted nicely, has no spelling or grammar mistakes, and sounds professional but also lets my personality shine through a bit.I also attached my resume file, which Mrs. Robinson taught us is important because it gives more details about my background and experience that relate to the job.Waiting to Hear BackOnce I send off my application email, I'll just have to wait to hear back from them. Hopefully they'll invite me to interview for the job! An interview is where they ask me questions in person or over the phone to see if I'm a good fit.My brother had three interviews before he got hired at the grocery store. He was really nervous but he made sure to dress nice, make eye contact, give firm handshakes, and speak clearly. First impressions are very important!ConclusionWell, there you have it - everything I've learned about applying for jobs by email from my brother and parents. Even though I'm just 10, it's good to start thinking about this kind of stuff. You can never be too prepared!Sending job application emails is an important skill to have. You need to write them in a clear, professional way while also showing off your personality and keen interest in the role.Definitely spend time proofreading your email for any spelling or grammar errors. And make sure to attach your resume too!It might all seem complicated but don't worry - mom says you get better at it with practice. I'll be sure to keep working on my writing skills. Maybe I'll start a dog walking business and can put that on my resume in a few years! Thanks for reading my essay! I hope it gives you some good tips on emailing for job applications when you're older. Let me know if you have any other questions!篇2Dear Teacher,For our writing assignment this week, you asked us to pretend we are applying for our dream job by sending an email. I think that's a really fun idea! Even though I'm just a kid, I have lots of big dreams for when I grow up. My dream job is to be a zookeeper!I love animals so much. We have a dog named Rufus and he's my best friend. I like to imagine working at a zoo and getting to take care of all the awesome animals every day. Canyou imagine how cool it would be to feed the elephants or train the dolphins to do tricks? That would be the best!Anyway, here is the email I would send if I was applying to be a zookeeper at the Big City Zoo:Subject Line: Application for Zookeeper PositionDear Hiring Manager,My name is Tommy and I am 8 years old. I am writing to apply for the zookeeper job you have available. I may be just a kid, but I absolutely love animals and am already an expert on taking care of pets.Ever since I was a little baby, my favorite things have been animals. My parents have lots of pictures of me at age 2 hugging and kissing all my stuffed animal toys. As soon as I was old enough, I convinced them to get me a real dog named Rufus. I am responsible for feeding Rufus every morning and night, as well as taking him on walks, brushing his fur, and giving him loads of belly rubs.In school, my favorite subjects are science and life sciences where we learn about different animal species and their habitats.I can tell you all about how penguins stay warm in the arctic and how kangaroos carry their babies in a pouch. I spend hourswatching nature documentaries and could tell you more animal facts than even some adults!I understand that being a zookeeper is very hard work and requires caring for many different kinds of animals. But I am dedicatedly and willing to work as hard as it takes! My teachers all say I am a very responsible young man who follows directions well. I know how to safely handle animals with care and gentleness. I am not afraid to get my hands dirty and do some smelly work - after all, I'm already a pro at cleaning up after Rufus! My absolute biggest dream is to be able to work hands-on with amazing animals every day at a zoo like yours. I may be young, but I have a big heart for this job. I promise I will be the hardest worker you've ever had! Please consider giving me a chance as your newest zookeeper. I am available for an interview any time after my school hours.Thank you for your consideration!Sincerely,TommySo there's my dream job application, Ms. Martin! Even though I'm just 8, I think I made a pretty convincing pitch aboutwhy I'd be a great zookeeper. I tried to emphasize how much I already know about animals from school, TV shows, and taking care of my dog Rufus. I'm sure the real hiring managers would be impressed by my enthusiasm and responsibility at such a young age.I had a lot of fun using my imagination and creativity for this writing assignment. Writing pretend job application emails helped me practice putting together clear, structured messages that get my key qualifications across in a proper format. Even if they're not real yet, assignments like this prepare me for the kinds of professional communications I'll need to do when I'm an adult.Anyway, I hope you liked my zookeeper job application, Ms. Martin! Let me know if you need any other examples of me using my imagination and voice for different writing prompts. I'm trying hard to keep improving my English skills. Thanks for the fun assignment!Tommy篇3Dear Hiring Manager,My name is Timmy and I am 8 years old. I am writing to apply for the open job at your company. I saw your "Now Hiring" sign in the window and I think I would be perfect for the position!I may be just a kid, but I am an extremely hard worker. Every morning I wake up at 6am to get ready for school. I make my own breakfast (usually Frosted Flakes or Eggo waffles), pack my lunch, get dressed by myself, and even make up my bed! By 7:30am I am out the door and walking to the bus stop. After school until 6pm, I work hard on my homework assignments. I don't get ANY help from my parents. Well, sometimes my mom has to explain the really hard math stuff to me. But other than that, I do it all myself! I never miss an assignment and all my teachers say I am a model student. I get straight As, which means I do really really good work.I have a lot of experience with important jobs and responsibilities too. Every weekend I have to make sure I clean my room really good. That means making my bed, putting away all my toys and books, vacuuming the floor, and even dusting! It's hard work but I never complain. I also have to take out the trash and recycling for my family every Thursday night. It's a big job carrying those heavy bins to the curb, but I'm pretty strong for my age from playing sports. Speaking of sports, I play soccer, baseball, and basketball every season. So I know all about being a team player and working together. I always make sure I get to practice on time and give it my full effort. The coaches say I'm a real leader on the field.Another important responsibility I have is taking care of my dog Rufus. He's an old golden retriever who gets pretty smelly. But I give him a bath every week, brush his fur, and even give him his flea and tick medicine! I take him for a long walk every day after school so he can get some exercise and go potty. I also feed Rufus his dog food in the morning and at night. I always make sure his bowls have fresh water too. Caring for a pet is hard work but I never complain about it. If I can take care of a dog, I can definitely be a productive worker for your company!I have fallen and learned from my fair share of failures too. Like the time I didn't listen to my parents and tried to climb the big oak tree in our backyard. I made it pretty high up but then got scared and couldn't get down. I had to call the fire department to come rescue me! Boy was I embarrassed. But I learned my lesson about being careful and following rules. Or like when I was selling lemonade in our neighborhood but giving away too many free cups to my friends. My dad sat me down and explained I wasn't making any money that way. So I startedkeeping better track of the lemonade production costs and stopped giving so many handouts.失敗is just an opportunity to get better!I haven't had an official job before since I'm so young. But I have done lots of chores around the house and odd jobs for my allowance money. In the summer, I go door-to-door offering to mow lawns, pull weeds, walk dogs, or wash cars for neighbors. I always make sure to show up on time, work really hard, and never slack off. My parents say I have amazing work ethic for a little kid. I save up most of my allowance and money from odd jobs because I'm really good at managing money. I have a pretty big college fund started already! So in conclusion, I may be just 8 years old but I am an extremely dedicated, hardworking individual who is not afraid of hard work. I have experience juggling lots of responsibilities, following rules and instructions, being a team player, learning from mistakes, and managing money. I am responsible, a fast learner, always give 100% effort, and will be the most enthusiastic worker you've ever had! Please hire me and I promise you won't be disappointed.Thank you for your time,Timmy篇4Dear Hiring Manager,My name is Timmy and I am 8 years old. I am writing to you today to apply for the open position at your company. I may be little, but I am very hard working and responsible for my age!Ever since I was a tiny kid, I have had a big interest in the working world. I love watching my mom and dad go off to their jobs each morning. The idea of having an important role to play and contributing to a team is very exciting to me. That's why I was thrilled when I saw your company was hiring!I have a ton of relevant experience for this job, despite my young age. For example, I am an expert lemonade stand operator. Just last summer, I ran a very successful curbside lemonade business out of my home. I had to prepare the lemonade supply each morning, make sure I had enough cups and ice, advertise to get customers, take money, and provide great customer service with a smile. Thanks to my hard work, I made over 100 in profits!I also have experience in the culinary arts. My grandma taught me how to bake cookies, brownies, and other treats. I have gotten so good at following recipes and measuringingredients precisely. I know I would be a whiz at following instructions on the job too.In addition, I am very well-versed in money skills. My parents have given me an allowance and taught me about budgeting, spending, and saving wisely since I was little. Just last week, I saved up enough to buy the new video game I wanted. With my money smarts, I can surely handle any financial tasks associated with this role. You should also know that I am very familiar with modern technology. I may be just a kid, but I navigate computers, tablets, and smartphones like a pro. I can type really fast using just my thumbs for texting. I will definitely pick up any computer programs or systems used at your workplace in no time!Furthermore, I have top-notch organizational abilities. My mom is always impressed by how tidy I keep my bedroom and backpack for school. I like to have a place for everything and keep things in order. These skills will help me manage any projects, priorities, or materials in a cleanly and efficient way.As you can see, I have a unique skillset for a kid my age. I am confident I can be an asset to your team. My teachers all say I am a model student who works hard, follows directions, and nevergives up. I will apply that same determination to succeeding in this job.In my free time, I enjoy playing sports, reading comic books, and hanging out with my friends. My hobbies teach me teamwork, discipline, and socialization talents that will prove valuable in the workplace as well. I promise to bring that same sense of fun and positive energy to this position! While I may not have an adult-level resume yet, I hope I have demonstrated my commitment, abilities, and enthusiasm for this opportunity. I am a quick learner who is not afraid of big challenges. Please opportunity an interview so I can further plead my case. You won't be disappointed if you give this capable8-year-old a chance!Thank you for your consideration.Sincerely,Timmy篇5Applying for a Job through EmailHi everyone! My name is Timmy and I'm 8 years old. Today I want to tell you all about how to write an email to apply for a job.I know, I know, I'm just a kid and probably too young to be thinking about getting a job. But it's never too early to start learning things that will be useful when we're older! My dad recently decided to switch jobs. He had been working at the same company for a really long time, but he didn't feel challenged anymore. So he started looking for new job openings online. A lot of the companies he was interested in wanted people to apply by sending an email with their resume and cover letter. That's when I realized I didn't really know much about writing job application emails. So I asked my dad to teach me!The first thing he said is that the email has to have a clear, direct subject line. You can't just write "Job Application" because that's too vague. The subject should include the specific job title you're applying for at that company. That way the hiring manager doesn't have to guess what role you want.Next up is the email greeting. My dad said you should always try to find out the name of the hiring manager or recruiter and address them directly, like "Dear Mrs. Smith." If you can't find a specific name, you can say "Dear Hiring Manager." But never just say "Hi" or nothing at all – that's too casual for a job application. Now it's time for the actual email body. The first paragraph is an introduction where you state which position you're applying for and where you found the job listing. You should also mention why you're interested in that specific job and company. My dad said I could write something like "I am excited to apply for the Pool Supervisor position with the Summertime Waterpark that I saw posted on . With my experience working as a lifeguard and managing a team of kids as a camp counselor, I know I would be a great fit for this supervisory role at your awesome waterpark."The next couple of paragraphs are where you really sell yourself as the best candidate. You need to highlight your experience, skills, and accomplishments that are directly relevant to the job duties. My dad told me I shouldn't just re-state what's on my resume though. I need to give more details and context about how my background makes me qualified. For example, if I was applying for a grocery store bagger position, I could say "During my summer job last year as a Mother's Helper, I was responsible for loading and unloading the family's groceries from their car each week. I was praised by the parents for being careful with fragile items and efficiently organizing the grocery bags for easy unloading." See? I'm notjust saying I'm good at bagging groceries, but providing a specific example of when I did that task. The closing paragraph is where you reiterate your strong interest and enthusiasm for the role. You can keep it short and sweet, but my dad said I should also mention that I'm available for an interview at their convenience and thank them for their consideration. Finally, I need to include a polite sign-off like "Best regards" or "Sincerely" before my full name. Making sure to sign my name is important so they know who the email is from. Before sending off the email, my dad told me I absolutely need to spellcheck and re-read it multiple times. He said one silly spelling or grammar mistake can be enough for a hiring manager to stop considering me as a candidate. Oh and I shouldn't use text lingo or emojis since it's a professional job application.Phew, so that's a lot of steps and things to remember when applying for a job by email! Like I said, I'm still pretty young so I don't need to worry about this for a while. But I'm glad my dad could teach me now so I'll know what to do when the time comes. Applying for jobs seems like a lot of work! I think for my first job I'll just stick to running a lemonade stand or doing yard work for neighbors.Anyway, I hope this gives you a good understanding of how to write an awesome job application email from the perspective of a kid. Let me know if any adults out there have any other tips to add! Time for me to go ride bikes with my friends now. Catch you later!篇6Writing an Email to Apply for a JobHi everyone! Today I want to tell you all about how to write an email to apply for a job. I know, I know, I'm just a kid and jobs are for grown-ups. But I've been learning about this in school and I think it's really important stuff that everyone should know.First of all, what even is a job? A job is work that you do to earn money. Grown-ups need jobs to pay for things like a house, food, clothes, and all the fun stuff kids like us want. When grown-ups want a new job, they usually have to apply for it by sending an email to the company. So how do you write one of those job application emails? Well, let me walk you through it step-by-step.The Subject LineThe subject line is the first thing the person reading your email will see. It needs to be short and snappy to grab their attention. Something like "Application for Marketing Manager Position" works well. Using the exact job title makes it clear what you're applying for.The GreetingNext up is how you greet the person you're emailing. If you know their name, you can say "Dear Mr/Ms [Their Last Name]". But if you don't know it, "Dear Hiring Manager" is a safe choice. Being polite is important! The Opening ParagraphNow it's time to introduce yourself. Say your full name and what job you're applying for. You can also mention where you saw the job posted. Something like:"My name is [Your Full Name] and I am writing to express my sincere interest in the [Job Title] position listed on [Website Name]."See how that works? Short and sweet, but it gets the main point across. The Main BodyThis is where you'll spend most of your time. You need to explain why you'd be awesome at the job! First, you can talk about your experience and skills that fit what they're looking for. Maybe you took a cool class at school, or did an after-school activity that's related to the job. Then, you'll want to discuss why you're interested in that type of work and that specific company. Do lots of research on the company so you can talk about what impresses you. Companies love when applicants are genuinely excited about working there.Don't be afraid to take up several paragraphs here. The more relevant details you can provide, the better! The Closing ParagraphTime to wrap things up! Restate that you're very interested and why you think you're a great fit. Thank them for their time and consideration. And let them know how you can provide additional information, like your resume.Something along these lines usually works well:"I am confident that my skills and experience make me an ideal candidate for this position. I would welcome theopportunity to further discuss my qualifications in an interview. Thank you for your consideration."See how that hits all the key points in one paragraph? Easy peasy.SignatureDon't forget to include a signature with your contact information! That way they know how to reach out to you. I like to make my signature fun with an inspirational quote too.Best regards,[Your Name]"Shoot for the moon. Even if you miss, you'll land among the stars." - Les BrownAnd that's all there is to it! Writing an awesome job application email is just about being clear, concise and selling yourself as the perfect person for the role. With a little practice, it'll be a total breeze. So what did you think of my step-by-step guide? Let me know if you have any other questions! I'll be happy to practice my job email writing skills. You know what they say, practicemakes progress. Okay, gotta run - I have math homework calling my name. Catch you later!。

互换名片英语作文Title: A Fortuitous Exchange: The Tale of Swapped Business Cards。

It was a typical Tuesday afternoon, bustling with the usual activities in the heart of the city. As I navigated through the crowded streets, my mind was preoccupied with thoughts of upcoming meetings and deadlines. Little did I know that a chance encounter would soon unfold, altering the course of my day in an unexpected way.Amidst the sea of faces, I found myself standing at a busy intersection, waiting for the pedestrian light to change. Out of the corner of my eye, I noticed a well-dressed individual approaching, their pace quickening as they hurried to cross the street before the light turned red. In the frenzy of the moment, our paths converged, and in a serendipitous twist of fate, our hands collided as we each reached for our wallets."Sorry," I murmured, hastily retrieving my hand and attempting to regain my composure. But before I could utter another word, the stranger flashed a warm smile andextended a business card towards me."No harm done," they replied, their voice tinged with a hint of amusement. "Here, take my card. You never know when our paths might cross again."With a sense of curiosity piqued by the unexpected encounter, I accepted the proffered card and reciprocated with one of my own. As our fingers brushed in the exchange, I couldn't help but wonder about the individual whose contact information now rested in the palm of my hand.As the traffic light shifted to green and we parted ways, I tucked the unfamiliar business card into the depths of my wallet, making a mental note to revisit it later.Little did I know that this seemingly mundane exchangewould soon become the catalyst for an extraordinary journey.Days turned into weeks, and weeks into months, yet thememory of that chance encounter lingered in the recesses of my mind. It wasn't until one fateful afternoon, as I sifted through a stack of business cards in search of a contact, that I stumbled upon the forgotten token from that serendipitous day. With a sense of intrigue reignited, I decided to reach out to the individual whose name graced the surface of the card. With a few swift keystrokes, I composed a brief email, introducing myself and recalling our brief encounter at the intersection. To my surprise, a reply arrived promptly, brimming with enthusiasm and curiosity. What began as a simple exchangeof pleasantries soon blossomed into a lively correspondence, as we discovered shared interests and mutual acquaintances. Before long, we found ourselves arranging to meet for coffee, eager to explore the possibility of forging a meaningful connection beyond the confines of a chance encounter. As we sat across from each other, savoring the rich aroma of freshly brewed coffee, it became clear thatour paths had crossed for a reason. In the weeks and months that followed, our relationship blossomed into a partnership marked by collaboration and camaraderie. What started as a fortuitous exchange of business cards had evolved into a valuable connection—one that transcended the boundaries of professional networking.Looking back on that fateful day at the intersection, I am reminded of the profound impact that serendipity can have on our lives. In a world filled with fleeting encounters and chance meetings, it is often the simplest gestures that pave the way for meaningful connections to flourish. So, the next time you find yourself in the midst of a bustling crowd, don't underestimate the power of a chance encounter. Who knows? A simple exchange of business cards could be the beginning of a remarkable journey—one that leads you down a path you never imagined possible.。
