摘要
在我国,中小企业是国民经济的重要组成部分和推动经济进展的重要力量,但中小企业普遍存在着资本规模小、技术构成低、产品附加值低、市场竞争力弱和企业寿命短等问题。在世界经济联系日益紧密和知识经济作用越来越重要的形势下,中小企业要确保在竞争激烈的商战中立于不败之地,就需要从价值链体系的各个环节来查找新的赢利点。随着电子商务在全球范围内的兴起和运用,企业的商务运作模式打破了地域界限,缩短了信息流淌时刻,降低了信息流、商流、物流及资金流的传递成本。因此,在电子商务环境下,市场的运作机制,环境条件和技术基础都发生了深刻的变化。
本文要紧研究了电子商务价值链的范畴界定,电子商务价值链体系构建,以及在实现电子商务价值链体系所存在的问题及对策几个方面,运用价值链理论剖析了电子商务给中小企业带来的价值源泉,对价值链体系的各个环节利用电子商务手段进行治理,并针对实施过程中存在的问题提出了解决方法。
本文的分析表明利用电子商务信息化手段来为企业的经营战略、生产组织、供应网络、顾客关系等方面来进行价值链体系的改造与整合,能够以更有效的方式协调构建企业流程。

Title Small Enterprise E-commerce Value Chain Systems Construction
Abstract
In China, small enterprise is the most important component of national economy and the vital force of economic development, but
there are problems such as small-scale capital, low technical components, low value-added production market, weak competition, short life span, and so on. Nowadays, the connection of world economy becomes closer and the importance of knowledge economy is stressed. This phenomenon makes the small enterprise find the new ways to gain the profit and maintain the position in the fierce market. With the rise and usage of the e-commerce around the world, the business working mode of enterprise breaks the geographical boundaries, limits the time of information running and lowers the transferring cost of information flow, business flow, goods flow and founds flow. So it had a great change on the running mechanism, the environmental conditions and the technical basis under the e-commerce environment.
This paper mainly discusses the definition of e-commerce value chain, the formation analysis of e-commerce chain system, the problems in the process of carrying out the e-commerce value chain system and its countermeasures . Then it uses the theory of value chain to analyze the value resources of small enterprise, which are brought by e-commerce.
This paper manages the segments of value chain by the method of e-commerce and discusses the ways to reform and integrate the value chain on selling strategy, product organization, providing net, the relationship with customers by using e-commerce information. With a comprehensive understanding of these issues, small enterprise can find the more efficient way to build a harmonious course and deal with the problems in this course perfectly.
