新视野商务英语视听说(上)第四版授课计划
新视野商务英语视听说(上)第四版授课计划全文共3篇示例,供读者参考篇1New Horizon College English Video-audio-oral Course: My Plan for SuccessAs an English major, the New Horizon College English Video-audio-oral Course is a core part of my studies. This integrated skills course focuses on developing our listening, speaking, reading, writing, and translation abilities through a multi-media approach. Book 4 of the series represents the highest level and covers some seriously advanced content. But with the right strategy, I'm confident I can excel. The textbook itself is quite intimidating at first glance. It's a massive 300+ page tome packed with long passages, complex vocabulary, and extremely technical topics across business, science, culture, and more. Without proper preparation, those readings could easily go over my head. That's why my plan is to thoroughly preview each text before class.I'll start by skimming the title, subheadings, charts, and illustrations to get the gist. Then I'll identify any vocabulary I'munfamiliar with and copy those words into my Anki flashcard app for review. Looking up definitions and example sentences for new terms will give me crucial context. If there are any especially knotty phrases or concepts, I'll do some supplementary research online as well. With that initial work done, I should have enough background knowledge to then go through and read the entire passage slowly and carefully. I'll make annotations as I go, circling keywords and jotting down my own translation notes in the margins. Any sections I still can't fully grasp, I'll mark with a question mark so I can raise those points during the class lecture and discussion.Speaking of class, showing up prepared is only half the battle. I also need to stay engaged during every lesson. Actively listening, taking thorough notes, and volunteering answers whenever possible will solidify my comprehension. If I miss something, I'll raise my hand right away to get clarification rather than letting that gap in understanding persist. When it comes to homework, I won't just rush through it last minute. Instead, I'll set aside dedicated time each week to go through all of the textbook exercises methodically. For the listening activities, I'll use quality noise-cancelling headphonesand repeat each audio clip multiple times if needed until I've transcribed it in full. The speaking tasks will likely be some of the most challenging, pushing me to discuss complex topics with precise vocabulary and smooth delivery. But getting reps in through pair work, presentations, and mock translations will only improve my fluency. I may even set up language exchange sessions with students from other majors to get extra practice thinking on my feet.As for written assignments like essays and reports, I'll go through multiple drafts with heavy self-editing. Running each iteration through grammar and plagiarism checkers will help me identify and correct errors before final submission. I may also book video consultations with my professor during virtual office hours to get their input while I'm revising.Outside of our normal coursework, I'm considering joining some English clubs on campus as well. Being part of a regular conversation group or debate team could really take my practical communications skills to new heights. Finally, throughout this entire process, I'll leverage various study resources and tech tools to maximize my efficiency. In addition to my tried-and-true flashcard app, outlining softwarecould visualize my notes more effectively. Automated transcription services may expedite the listening exercises. And for translation practice, premium dictionaries and corpus databases will be extremely valuable.Overall, successfully completing New Horizon Book 4 is going to require disciplined self-study habits, active engagement during class, meticulous homework efforts, and a willingness to constantly practice across all skills through diverse activities and supplementary resources. It's a heavy workload, no doubt. But I'm motivated and have a clear roadmap to follow. If I execute this plan diligently, I'm confident I can emerge from the course with advanced English proficiency.篇2Course Plan for New Horizon College EnglishVideo-audio-oral Course (Book 4) 4th EditionAs a third-year university student majoring in business, I'm really looking forward to taking the New Horizon College English Video-audio-oral Course this semester.
