作业作为英语课堂教学的补充和延伸,在发展学生英语学科核心素养方面发挥着不可替代的作用。
本文以牛津上海版《英语》七年级第二学期U6这个单元为例,基于单元教学目标设计有效的体验式作业,组织学生围绕单元主题进行积极的情感体验,全面提高学生的英语学科核心素养。

英语教师在各个教学阶段布置的作业,成为培养学生学科核心素养的重要载体帮助学生提升自身的英语语言技能,推动学生灵活应用英语语言。
初中英语教学中,教师要以单元教学目标为统领,构建由单元目标、语篇教学目标和课时教学目标组成的目标体系,整体把握单元教学。
李学书、黄复生认为,基于课程与教学目标的作业设计是提高作业效能和避免随意性的关键。
在“双减”政策背景下,学生要在有限的时间内高效完成作业,这对教师提出了新的挑战,教师应紧扣单元教学目标设计作业,遵循作业设计原则,以达成作业效果,实现作业价值。
然而实际英语作业设计却存在一定的不足,例如:作业设计缺乏层次性和针对性,导致学生不能有效完成作业;作业设计缺乏创新性和生活性,导致学生丧失对英语作业的兴趣;作业设计缺乏多样性和趣味性,致使学生机械地死记硬背。
因此,教师应立足单元主题,通过分析单元教学目标来确定作业目标,从而丰富单元作业设计的类型,更好地落实对学生学科核心素养的培养。
