UNIT 13 REACTOR VESSSEL AND INTERNALS
压力容器和堆内构件
1.The reactor vessel and internals support and align the reactor
core and its associated components.
压力容器和堆内构件的作用就是支撑和定位堆芯及其相关组件。
2.Additionally, the vessel and internals provide a flowpath to e
nsure adequate heat removal capability from the fuel assemblie s.
此外,它们还提供冷却剂流道,保证有足够的能力将燃料组件中的热量带出。
3.The reactor vessel is a cylindrical, with a welded hemispheric
al bottom head and a removable, flanged and gasketed, hemispher ical upper head.
压力容器呈圆柱形,包括焊接的半球型底部和可移动的,法兰密封的半球型顶盖。
4.The head flange is sealed to the vessel flange by two metallic
“o” rings which fit into grooves machined in both flanges.

10.Lower core support structure consists of the core barrel, the
core buffer, the lower core plate and support columns, the ther mal shield, the intermediate diffuser plate and the core suppor t.
下部支撑件有以下部件组成:吊兰,缓冲器,下部底板,支撑柱,热屏,流量分配板和堆芯支撑板。
11.A thermal shield attached to the core barrel is provided to re
duce radiation damage to the reactor vessel during operation.
附在吊兰上的热屏的作用就是为了在正常运行时减少压力容器的辐照损伤。
12 .The upper core support structure consists of the upper support assembly and the upper core plate, between which are contained support columns and co ntrol rod guide tubes.
上部支撑件由上部支撑组件和堆芯上板组成,两者之间是支撑柱和控制棒导向管。
