海鲜瑶柱怎么吃

海鲜瑶柱怎么吃瑶柱是一种很常见的海鲜,也是一种营养价格高、味道鲜美的食物,对于一些喜欢吃瑶柱的人而言,会经常用瑶柱来制作各种各样的食物,比如说瑶柱冬瓜八宝盅、瑶柱海鲜饭、发财瑶柱白玉翠等。

不同的菜肴,有不同的制作方法以及技巧。

下面就为大家介绍这三道食物的做法!一、瑶柱冬瓜八宝盅【功效】清热利尿、去湿解暑【食材】冬瓜、瑶柱、虾米干、冬菇、带芯莲子、薏仁、雪耳、瘦肉、蜜枣1个、姜2片【做法】1、冬瓜连皮切大块,冬菇、莲子、薏仁、雪耳清水泡发,瑶柱、虾米干洗净备用;2、将所在食材放入瓦撑,加入清水刚没(mo)食材,炖盅不要放太多水;3、大火烧开,中小火炖1小时便好,最后加盐调味。

二、瑶柱海鲜饭【食材】米饭、墨鱼、虾、彩椒、生姜、XO酱、烧烤酱、黑胡椒汁【做法】1、活虾去头剥壳,开背,剔除肠线;2、墨鱼洗净切丝连同虾仁加入姜片、少许盐,淀粉、料酒抓匀腌制片刻,入沸水略焯后捞出备用;3、在焯过水的虾仁和墨鱼丝中调入烧烤酱、黑胡椒汁、少许盐拌匀备用;彩椒洗净切丁备用;4、将适量米饭调入XO酱拌匀加彩椒粒,虾仁、墨鱼丝。

放入预热200度烤箱烤10分钟,至米饭略焦脆即可。

三、发财瑶柱白玉翠【食材】瑶柱200克、发菜10克、鱼肉100克、色拉油50克、蚝油200克、料酒10克、盐3克、味精1克、糖10克、高汤300克,葱、姜、淀粉、香菇、红辣椒、青辣椒、胡萝卜适量【做法】1、将发好瑶柱加高汤、盐、味精、料酒、葱姜后上笼蒸40分钟;发菜洗净用高汤泡发,放盐、味精、料酒后笼蒸20分钟;2、将鱼中段批成薄片加盐、味精、料酒、清水漂制10分钟;香菇、胡萝卜、葱姜切丝卷入鱼片后上笼蒸3分钟取出;3、瑶柱蒸好后扣于盘中,发菜围在瑶柱边,蒸好的鱼卷放在发菜外围;4、锅加油烧热,倒入蚝油、糖、盐、味精、料酒烧沸,用淀粉勾芡浇在瑶柱中间,再勾薄芡浇在发菜和鱼卷上。

八宝粥

八宝粥

7、胡桃粥
原料:
糯米--1/3杯,胡桃--5个,红枣--1个,盐--若干
八宝粥制作方法
原料
粳米250克,猪油150克,芋艿、荸荠、果仁、枣、蚕豆肉、栗子各25克,黄豆12克,
精盐5克、味精、香料各2克。
制作过程
1、将黄豆、蚕豆洗净,用清水浸泡半天,芋艿、荸荠、栗 子、果仁等处理干净;青菜冼净后切成细丝;
2.糯米、粳米洗净后置锅中,先用文火煮40分钟,再放入上述的各料略煮一下,然后放入冬瓜糖块或白糖,再加少量盐以免过于甜腻。
3.南瓜切瓜蒂头,挖去籽囊,放入蒸锅中,武火蒸约20分钟,待瓜肉熟后,把以上各料放入瓜盅内再蒸约10分钟即可。

3、煮至粘稠时加入适量的盐调味。
3、鸡蛋粥
原料:
鸡蛋--1/2个,胡萝卜--1/5个,菠菜--1棵,米饭--1/4碗,肉汤--1/2杯,盐--若干。
2.你喜欢吃咸的就好办了,准备一些肉末,用猪油(一定要猪油,因为蔬菜只能吸收猪油)稍微炒一下,把你喜欢的蔬菜切成小颗粒,比如土豆,豌豆,胡萝卜准备待用,把米和豌豆下锅煮,多放点水,中途放肉末蔬菜颗粒,然后煮到水只剩一点,粥粘粘的就好了,最后放盐,按照你的口味了。

农历十二月初八,是我国汉族传统的腊八节,这天我国大多数地区都有吃腊八粥的习俗。

腊八粥是用八种当年收获的新鲜粮食和瓜果煮成,一般都为甜味粥。

但在腊八这天也有一些特别的食俗——吃冰。

腊八前一天,人们一般用钢盆舀水结冰,等到腊八节就脱盆冰并把冰敲成碎块。

据说这天的冰很神奇,吃了它在以后的一年里都不会肚子疼。

那时过腊八,也真是蛮有情趣。

记得腊七这天的后晌(下午),村里的后生们都成群结伙地腋挟着绳子,拿着斧头,也有杠着镐头的.,到村外长年泉水淙淙的山沟里去采冻冰。

冰冻得很厚,但洁白平滑,大家冒着严寒,用斧和镐,将冰切割成一块块长方形或正方形的,往往天色黑下来的时分,才个个背着冰回到村里。

一进村,家家户户就把冰块立在家门外的墙根处,那冰亭亭玉立,远远望去像是散布在村落的银色冰峰。

庄户人以这冰清玉洁的景象,预祝着来年“大雪兆丰年”和吉祥如意。

其间,孩子们都有吃这时冰的习惯,还流传着一句顺口溜:“腊八的冰,吃死不肚疼。

”腊八吃冰是传统习俗,注意不要过多食用。

俗话说:“腊七腊八,冻死叫花。

”众所周知,腊八节最普遍的风俗就是喝腊八粥,不过,吃腊八冰也是传统习俗中腊八节的重要组成部分。

俗语中有“来年成不成,先看腊八冰”的说法。

腊八这一天清晨,人们还要到河边、泉边去砸冰,将之背回家,谓之“腊八冰”。

谁起得早,第一个打上冰,谁就更有好运气。

据说腊八冰能治百病,这一天打来的冰,要放很长时间,好让孩子们有一段吃冰的快乐。

当然,大人们也会吃。

有意思的是,无论你怎样吃,都不会拉肚子。

女人这一天要用“腊八冰”、碗豆与青稞合磨成的面散搅团。

当然,这些说法只是传统习俗,腊八冰不可能真的包治百病。
