称室速风暴、交感风暴、儿茶酚胺风暴、植入型心律转 复除颤器( ICD) 电风暴。电风暴,是由于心室电活动 极度不稳定所导致的最危重的恶性心律失常,是心源 性猝死的重要机制。2004 年已有人提出这个概念[1], 2006 年 ACC / AHA / ESC 《室性心律失常的诊疗和心 源性猝死预防指南》[2]首次对 VES 做出明确的定义: 24 h内自发≥2 次的伴血流动力学不稳定的室性心动 过速和 / 或心室颤动,间隔窦性心律,通常需要电转复 和电除颤紧急治疗的临床症候群[3]。2009 年 EHRA / HRS 《室性心律失常导管消融治疗》专家共识: 室性心 动过速风暴指 24 h 内自发的持续室性心动过速≥3 次,需要紧急干预治疗。ICD 电风暴: 目前对 ICD 电风 暴尚缺乏公认的定义,多数作者定义为 24 h 之内发生 ≥3 次需要 ICD 干预的室性心动过速或心室颤动事 件,是植入 ICD 后特有的现象。心室电风暴主要见于 心肌梗死及植入 ICD 后,多发生于冬春季节。临床报 道,在心室电风暴中,患者可反复发作,韩瑞娟等电除 颤 100 余次,成功救助 1 例病人。 2 原因

具有自身局限性,需要进一步改良起搏技术,这也给生 理起搏研究提供巨大的发展空间。可以预见,未来几 年起搏领域将会有新的、大的变革,从多个范围及层面 显示出其重要学术价值及巨大的临床意义,进而为临 床带来更加理想的起搏模式。
