快速客车转向架测试系统

摘要

近几年,我国铁路运输事业发展迅速,准高速列车已投入运用,高速列车正处在试验阶段。快速列车的开通,为旅客提供了方便、快捷、舒适的交通。但同时对铁路各车辆段提出了更高的要求。由于快速列车转向架结构复杂,检测项目比较多,要求检测人员具有很高的技术能力。目前,我国各车辆检测技术落后,工人劳动强度大,检修后车辆需进行试运,合格后再编组运用。由于试运速度达不到运行速度,因此其不到真正的试运目的。

鉴于以上原因,提出快速客车转向架综合性能试验系统。该试验系统能模拟转向架在实际运行中的状态,能自动完成检测内容。经试验合格的转向架落车后可直接编组运用。这样可以减少费用,减轻工人的劳动量和对工人的技术要求,具有广阔的应用前景。

本文对快速客车转向架综合性能试验系统进行了论证,分析研究了试验系统的工作原理和方案,设计了快速客车转向架综合性能试验系统。在深入分析研究了国内外一些起重运输装置的设计后,针对本试验台的一些技术要求采用了封闭型桥式结构的龙门架,并从力学角度对龙门架结构进行了充分的论证。依据我国具体国情,在设计方面力求结构简单、美观、成本低。为了能够更好的模拟列车转向架的运行过程,方便检测。本试验台加载装置采用了具有浮动环节的压头,使转向架即可以承载,自由度又不受限制,并针对试验系统的龙门架应用ANSYS工程分析软件进行了应力分析和模态分析,使本文的理论内容得到了验证。

由模拟分析结果得出结论:该试验系统加载装置基本达到所提出的设计要求。

Fast train bogie test system

Abstract

Recently,railway transport has being developed quickly,more and more quasi-high speed trains are used and high-speed trains are under study. It supplies much more convenient quick and comfortable vehicle for passengers. At the same time,it is strict for all railway sections with high techniques because of complex high-speed truck and various measure items. At the present time.railway sections have many questions. For example. Measure techniques is underdeveloped, And railman’s work are heavy. Much more. Trains need running after measurements. Only eligible trains are allowed to use. But the speed of train run is under the speed that the train needs. Sotrain run is unfit for high-speed passenger car.

For above a synthetic performances test system for high-speed passenger car’s turn to face is bring. This test system can simulate r unning conditions of bogie,can automatically measure bogie. Eligible bogie is used directly and not need running. This can reduce expense. Ease railmen’s work and technical tequirements. It is wide for use.
