要课题，但历来被人们所忽视。当前，在以人为本的和谐社会里，体育教学环境作为体育教学的一个重要因素，它对于提高教学质量，促进学生身心发展具有重要的影响。长沙市中学体育教学历来受到众多因素的影响，体育教学环境就是一个重要的影响因素。本研究从体育教学环境的角度去探讨长沙市中学体育教学状况，使我们从另一个视角发现长沙市中学体育教学存在的实际问题，寻找出体育教学上的差距。从而为决策者从体育教学环境这个角度，提高和改进体育教学质量、深化教学改革和促进人的全面发展上提供可借鉴的依据。本文以长沙市中学体育教学环境为研究对象，运用文献资料、问卷调查、专家访谈等方法，对长沙市中学体育教学环境进行了调查研究，根据长沙市中学的实际情况，提出长沙市中学体育教学环境的建议，从而有助于我们更好地探索教学活动的规律，从而提高教学的效率,提高教学质量，以期为长沙市中学体育主管部门制定学校体育有关政策提供参考。

Abstract:The physical education environment is a physical education activities, an important factor in theoretical studies of modern physical education in the important subject, but has always been ignored. At present, people-oriented harmonious society, sports and physical education teaching and learning environment as an important factor, it is for improving the quality of teaching and promoting physical and mental development of students has an important impact. Changsha City high school physical education has always been subject to a number of factors, physical education environment is an important factor. In this study, physical education environmental point of view to look at the situation in Changsha high school physical education, so that we found from another perspective Changsha City high school physical education practical problems, to find out the physical education gap. To teaching and learning environment for decision-makers from the sport this point of view, enhance and improve the physical quality of teaching, deepening teaching reform and promoting all-round human development provides a basis for reference. In this paper, Changsha City high school physical learning environment to study the object, the use of literature, questionnaire surveys, expert interviews and other methods, Changsha City high school physical learning environment was investigated, according to the actual situation of Changsha City Middle School, proposed a series of optimization of Changsha City high school physical education environment, strategy, and thus help us to better explore the laws of teaching and learning activities to enhance the efficiency

of teaching and improve teaching quality. With a view to Changsha City Middle School physical education department in the university sports-related policies provide a reference.
