单液型感光胶用法

单液型感光胶用法如下:
•涂布:将单液型感光胶轻轻搅拌均匀之后即可使用。

涂布时应避免刮斗带进气泡,干燥温度在30~40℃。

膜厚依印刷物的要
求而定,可通过涂布工程的次数控制膜厚。

•曝光:将胶片负片粘贴在屏幕的p面,在紫外线下曝光。

紫外线照射的部分失去水溶性,曝光时间根据光敏胶的不同而不同。

请参考每页的曝光时间表,确定比较佳曝光时间。

•显影:将曝光后的网板两面用清水浸泡或放入水槽中1 ~ 2分钟,然后用高压水枪冲洗网板(紫外线照射的部分在屏幕上有
感光胶硬化,未被紫外线照射的部分溶于水),直至所有图案显
影清晰,用加压气枪和鸡皮布去除多余水分。

•干燥:30 ~ 40℃干燥。

•二次曝光:修边剂干燥后,从刮刀面进行二次曝光,二次曝光时间与主曝光时间相同。

二次曝光可以提高屏幕的印刷电阻。

网印制版用重感光胶的使用方法
重氮感光胶的组分比例:胶体1000g重氮光敏剂8-10g+水50-100ml.
配制顺序:
(1)在50-ml水中倒入光敏剂粉末8-10g(2)搅拌溶解成液体(3)将溶解的光敏剂1000g胶体中搅拌均匀;(4)消泡30-60分钟后使用.静置2-3小时.
配制要点;
1)水的用量要根据涂布用胶体黏度要求而定,2)一定将光敏剂粉末全部溶解后再倒入胶体,3)搅拌时按顺时针方向,以免产生气泡,4)感光胶末配前保质期为1年,配制后最佳使用期限15天左右,低温可达2个月或更长.

干燥温度在40°C最为适当,有条件的可选用烘箱等设备,无条件的时可用电吹风.电扇等简易工具,但必须在无灰尘的环境中工作,以免影响网版式质量.
6.显影
曝光后网版式要在水中浸泡2分钟左右,再用喷枪或加压自来水冲洗到图案清晰,然后用40°C热风吹干或自然晾干.

9.制版常见故障分析及解决方法
晒版时需要严格按要求操作,以获得最佳效果.在制版中遇到常见故障,操作者应尽快分析故障原因,并用相应的办法解决.
将干燥后的网版式用封网胶进行修补,修补的地方胶层不宜太厚.
8.固化
若要提高网版式耐印力,可将修补后的网版进行第二次曝光,之后再涂刷外固化剂进行固化处理.
外固化剂的使用方法是,用海绵蘸取外固化液涂刷膜正反两面,涂刷均匀后,放入40°C的烘箱烤10-20分钟,即可上机印刷,另外,还有一种无须烘烤的外固化剂,其使用方法同前,但不需要烘烤干燥,即可印刷.
制版工艺流程如下:
绷网清洗干燥涂布感光胶干燥曝光显影干燥修版固化处理印刷.
1.绷网及清洗
首先,按印刷要求选择合适的网框及丝网,通过机械或手工绷网,然后对网框进行清洗,一般选用专用的清洗剂或中性,弱碱性洗涤剂反复擦拭,必要时可同时使用磨网膏用清水冲洗干净待用.

电阻应变计测量基数是利用电阻应变计测定构件表面的应变,再根据应力、应变的关系式确定构件表面应力状态的一种应力分析方法。

其测量系统可分为三个基本环节:传感器,通过零件或弹性元件将力转变为应变,再由电阻应变计将机械应变转变为电阻变化量;电阻应变仪,放大由电阻应变计组成的电桥所输出的电压,以电压或电流信号输出;指示、记录装置,可为一般指针式仪表,也可为示波器、磁带记录器或计算机,作用是对信号加以指示、记录或分析DRYB-B型力传感器就是采用电阻应变原理,将应变片电阻应变产生的效应通过测力环转换成与其成线性关系的电信号的装置。

2. 将传感器的信号输出端接入配套的德普施数据采集仪A/D 通道中,传感器的信号输出采用五芯航空插头,其输出插头的连线定义如右图所示,各引脚定义为:1,输出;2,地;3,+5V 。

3. 打开数据采集仪以及DRVI 虚拟仪器平台,通过DRVI 虚拟仪器平台中的称重传感器实验脚本进行力传感器的标定,标定完毕即可进行后续的测量工作。

村上感光胶使用方法及注意事项丝网的清洗:张网后,清洗丝网,再涂布乳剂。

村上公司销售专用丝网清洗剂MSP CLEANSER及不锈钢网清洗剂SCREEN CLEANSER重氮的混合:重氮的溶解大约是用占感光乳剂重量10%的水溶解,待完全溶解后,混入乳剂中。

(重氮的溶解不能使用热水。

另外,溶解重氮的容器不能使用金属容器。

)重氮溶液和乳剂要充分搅拌,为防气泡,搅拌后放置一天或用250目数以上的丝网过滤后使用。

加入重氮后,要在冷暗处保存,可使用约10天。

因保管条件而异,保存时间有所不同。

涂布:涂布感光胶前,要确认丝网上无灰尘。

用刮斗等进行涂布,有手工涂或自动涂布机涂,涂布时防止气泡进入。

涂布时,如有气泡或灰尘进入,可造成针孔等现象。

干燥:干燥温度在40℃以下进行。

(干燥温度过高、易引起热固化。

)曝光:曝光时间请参照各乳剂页的曝光时间用曝光测试片进行曝光后,选择最佳曝光时间。

显影:显影可用自来水。

用水全部润湿显影。

显影时使用加压水(喷枪,自动显影机等)最适合。

另外,显影前一直浸在水中,固化部分容易膨胀脱落,影响图像质量。

浸水时间请控制在1分钟以内显影后除去水,进行干燥。

二次曝光:通过进行二次曝光,提供耐印率。

用一次曝光的1~2倍时间,在S面曝光。

还可以使用我公司生产的MA+MB硬膜剂,提高耐印性。

使用注意事项:重氮、SBQ、重氮系(Dual cure)乳剂均同紫外线发生反应,使用时要注意(避光场所)。

重氮系(Dual cure)感光乳剂是重氮和单体二元固化的感光乳剂重氮要在5~15℃冷暗场所保管。

乳剂在5~30℃下保管,请勿结冰。

加入重氮后,要放冷暗场所保管。

根据体质不同,皮肤会有红肿。

请使用防护手套等,不要直接,接触皮肤。

一、基本注意事项首先呢,这环氧树脂胶是两种组份的,就像做菜得有菜和调料搭配一样。

一个组份是树脂,另一个是固化剂,这俩得按照正确的比例来混合才行。

我当时就是没仔细看比例,结果差点搞砸了。

这个比例一般在产品说明书上写得非常清楚,你可一定要看准了。

这个真的非常重要,记住了,这点很关键。

还有啊,操作前得准备好工具。

这个胶粘性很强,要是沾到手上、衣服上可就不容易弄掉了。

我一开始也是这样想的,觉得只要小心点儿就不会沾到,可还是出了差错。

所以呢,你最好带上手套,像是那种一次性橡胶手套就挺好,要是弄到手套上,换了就是。

操作的台面也要铺上点东西,像报纸或者塑料布啥的。

二、实用建议混合的时候呢,要慢慢搅拌均匀。

我有个诀窍,搅拌的时候就像炒菜一样,沿着边缘慢慢搅拌,让两种组份充分混合。

不要搅太快了,不然容易产生气泡。

气泡要是留在胶里,等胶水固化了,就会影响使用。

就好比你做馒头,面发得不好,蒸出来馒头有气孔,就不完美了。

这里一定要当心。

在涂抹胶水的时候呢,越薄越均匀越好。

要是涂得太厚了,固化的时间就会很长。

这就好比你给墙刷漆,刷得太厚,干得就慢。

你可以用小刮板之类的工具来涂抹,我觉得塑料制的刮板就很不错。

三、容易忽视的点要特别注意温度和湿度的影响。

我以前就忽视了这一点。

如果温度太低的话,胶水的固化速度会变得很慢很慢,甚至可能不完全固化。

湿度太大呢,会容易在胶面上结上一层水汽膜,也会影响固化效果。

就好比你晾衣服,阴天湿度大,衣服就不容易干。

所以啊,最好在温度在15 - 30摄氏度、相对湿度在40% - 60%的环境中使用。

别忘了用完之后要及时清理工具。

我有一次就用完了把工具扔一边,结果胶水干在工具上了,那工具基本就废掉了。

四、特殊情况有时候可能你发现按比例混合后,胶水的状态不太对,感觉太稀或者太稠了。

1.再胶没有硬化的情况下,用 专用铲刀剔掉倒角处多余的胶

感光胶使用‎方法感光胶使用‎:1.敏化:用约100‎克纯净水溶‎解光敏剂,然后将光敏‎剂溶液倒入‎感光胶中,用玻璃棒或‎木棒进行充‎分搅拌,待气泡消失‎后使用。

2.涂布:用优质刮斗‎涂布。

涂布的特性‎与网版的尺‎寸、张力的大小‎有关。

根据印刷物‎的需要确认‎涂布工程次‎数,以便获得所‎需的膜厚。

3.如需2个工‎程以上涂布‎的,必须在前一‎工程涂布网‎版完全干燥‎后再进行下‎一工程,否则会引起‎胶膜脱落。

4.干燥:干燥温度控‎制在40℃为最佳,网版应充分‎干燥。

5.曝光:最佳光波为‎300.400nm‎,若使用超高‎压水银灯或‎高压碘钾灯‎效果更佳。

6.显影:显影通常使‎用25℃的纯净水。

如先在水中‎浸泡1分钟‎显影效果更‎佳。

推荐使用高‎压水枪匀速‎冲洗版面。

7.干燥:显影后,先去除网版‎表面水份,然后再放入‎40"C:的干燥箱进‎行干燥,需充分干燥‎,否则网版易‎掉胶。

8.二次曝光:对s面进行‎曝光,曝光时间为‎P面曝光的‎2-3倍,可大幅提高‎耐印率。

9.硬化:待网版完全‎干燥后,将混合过后‎的A+B硬化液均‎匀地涂在网‎版的P面与‎s面,1-2分钟后再‎清洗干燥,可大幅提高‎网版耐印率‎。

w-210重氨‎耐水型感光‎胶配套使用‎双液型硅硬‎化剂(兰白油),可增加网版‎厚度,大幅提高耐‎印率。

干燥温度注‎意事项1.干燥箱的温‎度以40℃为最佳,超过40℃时,感光胶易产‎生热反应,使解像性降‎低。

干燥箱应有‎排气装置,以便箱内湿‎气排出,提高网版完‎全干燥效率‎。

2.冬季如果显‎影水温太低‎,会造成网版‎显影不良及‎解像性下降‎,推荐用温水‎(25℃)进行显影。

感光胶保存‎注意事项:1.感光胶保存‎:未敏化前感‎光胶胶体的‎存放温度在‎20℃的冷暗处最‎佳请勿在超‎过25℃或低于5℃的环境下保‎存,否则易产生‎化学及物理‎变化,影响正常使‎用。

光敏剂请在‎0℃-5℃冰箱内储存‎。

2.丝网的脱脂‎:涂布感光胶‎前的丝网,应使用中性‎清洗剂彻底‎清洗网版除‎去油脂及污‎物。

有些客户喜欢使用较高粘度或低粘度的感光胶,可以根据个人的需要,将光敏剂直接加到胶体里或将小瓶装满水进行溶解。

当把光敏粉直接加到胶体里,要注意确保光敏粉已完全溶解和与胶体已均匀搅拌。

由于三种原材料的特性与功能不同,其使用操作工艺也就有所不同。

一、液态型直接法感光胶感光胶的优点是工艺简单、经济、实用。

其特性有曝光速度快,网版经久耐用而且去膜容易,优良的耐溶性,其生产工艺流程是:网前处理及选网→配胶→涂胶→干燥→曝光→显影→待用其工作环境为温度15~20℃,相对温度50~65%,黄灯下暗房操作。

※网前处理及选网新丝网在使用前必须用磨网膏进行网前处理,每个网版都要用脱脂剂彻底脱脂,具体操作方法是用水淋湿丝网两面,涂上磨网膏或脱脂剂,然后用毛刷涂均匀并静置1分钟,最后用清水冲洗干净。

使用过的网如果不再使用,可用脱膜剂浸泡,然后清洗干净,使用前必须做脱脂处理工艺。

丝网清洗好后,烘干处理待用。

制网者可根据所需要的网牍目数进行选网:丝印线路一般用120T/cm,阻焊100-120T/cm,字符100-120T/cm,碳桥油43-120T,印剥离兰胶18-36T。

※配胶直接法感光胶目前市上有二种类型:一种是单液型(单组份),这种类型是把敏化剂在生产时直接配制的感光胶,可直接使用的类型;另一种是“二元固化”感光胶(双组份)。

这种感光胶在使用前必须进行配置,即把敏化剂加入适量水均匀搅拌后倒入感光胶中,经过上下左右充分搅拌,即配制完成。

配胶工作最少要在使用前两个小时完成,最佳的方法是在前一个工作日下班前配好胶,第二天上班即用。

切记,配好的胶必须静置2小时以上,让胶中泡沫消失才可使用,否则会出现意想不到的质量事故。

※涂胶把干燥好的待用网放置在涂胶台上,把适量的感光胶倒入刮刀内,先涂印刷面(丝网的凸面),后涂油墨面(丝网的凹面),一般每面3刀次,如果要求厚网版,那么可分多次涂刷,即第一次涂胶后,立即放入30-40℃的烘箱中烘干,取出丝网再次涂胶,根据所要求厚度,决定涂胶次数,注意一般印刷面(凸面)要比油墨面(凹面)多涂2-3刀次。

涂胶工艺十分重要,网版质量好坏,全靠涂胶,要求版面厚度均匀一致,有立体感。

感光胶的分类介绍

感光胶的分类介绍蚀纹咬花感光胶一般可分为耐溶剂型和耐水型两种。

耐溶剂型感光胶,可耐各种有机溶剂,适用于油性油墨的印刷;耐水型感光胶,适用于水性油墨(水溶性印刷涂料,如纺织品印花色浆)的印刷,前者网版可以脱膜回收;后者一般不能脱膜回收。

专用耐水性感光胶有尼龙感光胶和重氮感光胶等。

用户必须根据承印对象,参照有关说明书选择使用适当的感光胶。

感光胶是用于直接法制版的丝印制版感光材料,还可分为单液型和双液型。

单液型感光胶在生产时已将感光剂加入乳胶中,使用时不需配制即可涂布;双液型感光胶在使用前要先将感光剂按配方说明溶释,然后再分散混合于乳胶中,消泡后方可涂布。

感光胶的型号、品种繁多,生产厂家的配方也不尽一致,选用时可根据承印物要求,参照产品说明书适当选择。

1.重铬酸盐感光胶。

此类感光胶的感光剂为重铬酸铵,成膜剂为水溶性高分子物质,如明胶、PV A及PV AC+PV A等。

此类感光胶可以自行配制,典型配方如下:①明胶感光胶配方明胶16g柠檬酸0.5g重铬酸铵 4.5g氨水3ml水70ml此胶的材料来源方便、价廉、水显影容易。

但胶液易冻、涂布不强、湿强度差、清晰性差,且日久会脆裂。

因此逐步被合成高分子材料所替代。

②PV A感光胶配方甲液:PV A(1788)50g十二烷基磺酸钠0.5g水400ml乙液:重铬酸铵6g水50ml配方中十二烷基磺酸钠为分散剂。

PV A的聚合度为1200~1700,皂化度为88%,能兼顾到版膜强度和显影性能。

此胶较明胶的制版操作方便,版膜质量也有所提高。

缺点是分辨力低,耐水性差,受湿度影响大。

③PV A+PV AC感光胶配方甲液:PV A(1788)40g十二烷基磺酸钠0.5g冰醋酸 4.0ml水250ml乙液:重铬酸铵5g水30mlPV AC乳液40ml曙红少量配方中冰醋酸可加速PV A溶解,改善显影;PV AC乳液的加入能提高版膜的粘网力和耐水性。

此胶的特点是各种耐抗性均有一定的提高。

8、 硬化剂主成份为聚异氰酸盐及有机溶剂, 聚异氰酸盐易与各种物质产生化学 反应,故应避免 与人体接触,若不幸触及,应以大量清水清洗及送医院处理; 9、 浅色材质,若欲要求外观,除选用浅色接着剂外,可配合添加浅色硬化剂如 RN 等; 10、接着尼龙或橡胶材质,请配合使用硬化剂; 11、上胶后,干燥温度宜设定在 55℃—65℃之间,干燥时间以 3 分钟到 5 分钟 为宜,上胶处及 上胶后避免风吹及置于潮湿地方,否则容易造成表面结皮或表面白雾状,导致接 着不良; 12、选择粘性最佳时机贴合,一次对准,尽量避免拉开再贴合; 13、贴合后务必在粘性维持时间内完成全部加压动作,堆积过久再行加压,错 过最佳贴合时间将 可能导致接着不良等现象; 14、加压时间与压力大小应适当设定,压力愈大,接着愈佳,但以鞋材不变形 为原则,时间亦 应控制在 8-12 秒以上为佳; 15、用后之刷子可以用适当溶剂清洗干静(使用药水糊之刷子可以甲苯等清洗, PU 胶以 MEK 清到 洗) ,并浸泡于适当溶剂内,以保持刷子柔软; 16、使用整理剂去除鞋面污染物时,防止溶剂渗入接着剂层,破坏结晶,而造 成接着不良; 17、接着剂及硬化剂内含易烯类有机溶剂,使用时应远离火种及不能直接受热, 以防万一,使用 后密盖,保存于干燥处;
